Paid Members Egg Shen Posted October 4, 2022 Author Paid Members Posted October 4, 2022 Ben Rothwell doing the damn thing at BKFC 30. 18 seconds is all it took. MUHAHAHAHAHA! Quote
David Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 Just looked like two fat guys throwing wild punches outside a pub. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted October 4, 2022 Author Paid Members Posted October 4, 2022 that's exactly what it was, apart from the pub. Quote

BKFC should ditch the whole boxing nonsense and go all in and have them fight in a mock pub "arena". You can add in other things like some annoying women screaming "STOP IT" over and over and some fella quietly finishing his pint and walking out as mayhem unfolds. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted October 4, 2022 Author Paid Members Posted October 4, 2022 or copy those Russians who do it in the bales of hay, or that other group that fight on the fucking concrete floor ? Quote
Cousin Jim Bob Posted December 16, 2022 Posted December 16, 2022 @Egg Shen is this stuff dying out or still rolling on ? I realise though it could just be your interest in it. I was never a fan but it seemed decent money for ex UFC or MMA fighters with a "name". Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted December 16, 2022 Author Paid Members Posted December 16, 2022 It's still rolling on. I think the initial curiosity and shock factor has died off it has died off and it's just settled into it's own lane now. My personal watching has dropped off because there's simply too much on and something has to be sacrificed, I still follow along though and watch when I get chance. Fighters are still crossing over, Diego Sanchez and former boxing champ Austin Trout are debuting in the New Year. Quote

Paid Members Egg Shen Posted January 10, 2023 Author Paid Members Posted January 10, 2023 eeesh, dunno what to make of that. Considering Diego can utilise a clinch to punch he may do alright and completely unsettle Trout, but if that turns into an actual boxing match Trout's gonna cut Diego up badly. ...that said, Diego shouldn't really be taking any kind of head trauma in 2023. Quote
David Posted January 11, 2023 Posted January 11, 2023 I fully expect to see Diego in the headlines in the next ten-fifteen years or so. For all the wrong reasons, sadly. Quote
Paid Members Carbomb Posted January 12, 2023 Paid Members Posted January 12, 2023 Still want to see Austin Trout vs Boston Salmon. The battle of fish from Texas' and Massachusetts' state capitals respectively. Plus "Austin" and "Boston" pretty much rhyme. It's mystically perfect. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted January 20, 2023 Author Paid Members Posted January 20, 2023 errrr... Quote
Paid Members Carbomb Posted January 20, 2023 Paid Members Posted January 20, 2023 Well, Hardy has a bit more practice at that, I suppose. Quote
