Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted August 12, 2020 Paid Members Posted August 12, 2020 They need a rule in place in her fights where you can’t punch the face. Like Shawn Michaels vs The Model at SummerSlam 92. Austin Vanderford in the Sherri role, obvs. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted August 12, 2020 Author Paid Members Posted August 12, 2020 BKFC has recently signed a deal to be on DAZN in America so Paige is probably gonna be the face of that promotional push. Bec Rawlings is the Champion too who Paige has a KO win over so expect that rematch sometime before the end of the year. Quote
David Posted August 19, 2020 Posted August 19, 2020 How long do we think this company lasts then? Paying Paige VanZant millions of dollars? That's a flawed gameplan right there. Where the fuck is the ROI on that? She isn't that much of a draw. Quote
Paid Members WeeAl Posted August 19, 2020 Paid Members Posted August 19, 2020 Not very fucking long at all. Unless it's a money laundering operation like ONE seems to be, then I haven't the faintest idea how they can afford to pay anybody more than a fiver and a bag of oranges. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted August 19, 2020 Author Paid Members Posted August 19, 2020 God knows, im surprised they've last as long as they have in fairness. When it launched i thought it would last a couple of shows max. Quote
David Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Thing is, if they screwed the nut and kept in their lane they'd likely have been able to make a success of it. Former UFC fighters with a bit of marquee value on reasonable money, as well as any freakshow entertainment/celebrity types they can pull in, fair enough. But paying people like VanZant mental money isn't going to work. Who's tuning into a PPV because Paige VanZant is fighting? Quote

Paid Members Egg Shen Posted September 5, 2020 Author Paid Members Posted September 5, 2020 to be honest, i never really expected it to happen. Baroni only bare knuckle once before, and it was an absolute disaster. Quote
