Paid Members Gus Mears Posted July 27, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted July 27, 2016 I had to watch an episode of Will and Grace round a friends house last week and it was bloody horrendous. Horrendous enough that I'm going to write an episode review of it in the next few days. Future generations deserve to know how shit that programme was.It ought to be good ground for hilarity. For every Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad we have now, we're only a few years removed from dross like In Sickness and In Health, At Home With The Braithwaite's and Sunset Beach. Saying that, we still have Miranda and Mrs Brown, so maybe things aren't much better? If anyone is up for reviewing a naff TV show, preferably in a humorous manner, please make yourself known and post a review. I can then update the OP and hopefully link to everyone's lovely reviews. If enough people are interested (ten or so), I am going to provide a FREE MYSTERY PRIZE TO THE VALUE OF £13.95!!!! for the entrant who people generally deem the funniest. If no one is interested, I'll just post the Will and Grace review in a few days, send myself the prize and we'll never speak of this again.Alex Wright Mark: That 70's ShowCarolann: Lazy Town cobra-gordo: My FamilyGay as FOOK: Lonesome Dove Gus Mears: The Interceptor/ Will & GraceKeith Houchen: Married With ChildrenPowerButchi: Something (before not doing it anyway) Sergio Mendacious: Small Wonder

Alex Wright Mark
I'll be up for this. I absolutely love writing about things I strongly dislike. Â It's just trying to think of a naff TV show to review. Any ideas?

Paid Members Gus Mears Posted July 27, 2016 Author Paid Members Share Posted July 27, 2016 Is £13.95 how much the Will & Grace DVD set is I actually Googled that and the cheapest one I could find was £40. People are willing to pay that many fucking quid for Will and Grace! Madness.  I've got jack all on at work tomorrow so am going to do a review of everyone's favourite game show where members of the public are abandoned in fields, The Interceptor. Keith Houchen
I'll have a pop. Possibly the UK remake of Married With Children, as I love a party with a happy atmosphere
Alex Wright Mark
Oooh, you've inspired me to go with that dreadful That 70's Show remake ITV did years ago. There's a few episodes on YouTube. I'll get cracking when other people hopefully join in on this. Â Cheers for the suggestion ElCece though.

Moderators PowerButchi Posted July 27, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 27, 2016 You take it if you want, Butch. Nah, there's enough Russ Abbott to go around. In true ExileD fashion I'll say I'm going to do it then not bother anyway.
carolann
Can I review Lazytown?
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted July 28, 2016 Author Paid Members Share Posted July 28, 2016 Can I review Lazytown? Â Absolutely. It's less of a case of 'it's considered crap by all' as one of 'I think it's crap'. So if you think Lazy Town is rubbish, go for it. Â Â Not a chance I'm doing Coming of Age again. Any suggestions? Â How modern you looking for here? If the Coming of Age review is anything to go by, I think Mrs Browns Boy's might be decent bet. Either that, or something else turd from the nexus of turd that is BBC3.
Paid Members WWFChilli Posted July 28, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted July 28, 2016 Something shite and obscure would be lovely then. But Mrs Browns Boy's can fuck right off. I might be tempted to consider a Coming of Age return, might take a day off to recover. What else has BBC churned out that was horseshit?
