Â It's a funny one that - because I'm sure under normal circumstances he absolutely not fit for work - but he is able to sign an autograph and talk to a camera for a bit for a shoot interview - obviously he's not going to be able to do that regularly - if I were him and wanted to keep it above board, I would just declare the income, which would probably be a one off payment, one week, perhaps lose his benefit for one week, and then reclaim and get it back. It wouldn't affect his DLA or Incapacity Benefit if he gets it, as they are not income-related benefits, but if he was in receipt of income-related ESA, for example, then it would be stopped if the income he received was more than his weekly income-related ESA payment.
