What's the chances of ATOS taking his ESA off him?

It's a funny one that - because I'm sure under normal circumstances he absolutely not fit for work - but he is able to sign an autograph and talk to a camera for a bit for a shoot interview - obviously he's not going to be able to do that regularly - if I were him and wanted to keep it above board, I would just declare the income, which would probably be a one off payment, one week, perhaps lose his benefit for one week, and then reclaim and get it back. It wouldn't affect his DLA or Incapacity Benefit if he gets it, as they are not income-related benefits, but if he was in receipt of income-related ESA, for example, then it would be stopped if the income he received was more than his weekly income-related ESA payment.

Dynamite will be on a work placement at Poundstretcher by February if any of this gets out.

He'd be a ray of sunshine compared to the moribund cretins who run the one in Fallowfield.
