Â Legally, you're not though. You're owed a ticket refund only, which you'll need to request from 1PW before you can pursue legal action - and he hasn't refused you a refund yet. Â Refund only. Â I can't see where you are out of pocket, any time off work should have been holiday, if not you are now in a position of work any unpaid leave and the hotel should also refund you as you've got more than 2 weeks before the date you're due to stay. I'm sure he'll get over it when the 2012 resurrection of 1PW announces its lineup of Jeff Hardy, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, Mitsuharu Musawa, John Cena and Andre the Giant.
