Merzbow
Nuclear Blast are putting out albums by "Slayer, Testament, Meshuggah, All Shall Perish, Nile, Immolation, Fear Factory" this year, Slayer are saying that they already have enough tracks recorded so that should be done soon, I wonder how much of it is old work from Jeff. WyattSheepMask
They did have them on sale st the back end of last year following the KISS announcement. So either it was a limited number that sold out or they were just on for so long snd will resurface again at a later date
False Alarm!
Reet, I have a bit of a question... I quite fancying going to Download this year but really don't fancy camping, I like my comforts far too much. I was wondering if anyone knew of any decent hotels in the area?  Also, I generally assume that with the car pass you can come and go in the car as you please? It's possibly a bit of a daft question, but I've never been to a festival before  Much obliged for any help! Edited February 4, 2015 by False Alarm! You can stay in Derby city centre & travel to and from the festival cheaply & easily. The info might not be up yet but timings, collection points etc will go up on the Download website. Paid Members Bettencourt Posted February 5, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 5, 2015 The usual shuttle bus stop is at Derby train station. Lots of good hotels around the area. Buses normally leave every 15 minutes iirc.
WyattSheepMask
You can also get the Skyline bus which goes in and around Nottingham
Paid Members Bellenda Carlisle Posted February 5, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 5, 2015 If you've never been to a festival you might want to give the camping a go, it can have its fun moments among the undeniable horrible aspects of it. Â I'll second this. I wouldn't enjoy the festivals half as much without the camping. It just adds a lot to the whole experience.
