I've been having a browse this channel;  http://www.youtube.com/user/WeaverOfNightmares  but haven't had any luck yet, though there are a lot of videos of the Ministry from around that time. Apparently they want to do it every year from the staples center to attract celebrities to attend, as well as having a decent crowd, and try and make it seem like a big deal again.
