This is the most Alan Partridge thread name we've ever had.

Spurs fans would separate Daniel Levy and ENIC, and hate both despite Daniel Levy working for ENIC. I mean it's marginally been different since he left, but no one will ever convince me that Levy was sitting there making the decisions while the Lewis family didn't know what was going on, its their money! Before that we hated Alan Sugar, and before that we hated Irving Scholar. It's a positive club.

I did actually get an interview for this role, one that I absolutely loved the sound of, and had it today, and I came out of it feeling really disappointed. I felt I came across really well in what I said about me personally and my experience, but I massively waffled during my actual answers and feel gutted. There were 3x of them and they were typing as I spoke, which is normal, but I got the feeling towards the end that they were actually messaging each other and that deflated me. They also kept looking out the window at colleagues walking past and gesturing to them or smiling etc and that really distracted me. And it pissed it down while I walked from the station there and turned up looking like a drowned rat, which I did acknowledge and play to my advantage. Oh well.

They probably won't as they have 400 million players but Chelsea should really regret letting him slip away, looks a superb talent. We have one in Luca Williams-Barnett that if we fuck up (we will) I'm taking Chirpy hostage and dangling him off the skywalk.

I love Indian food but I've never got on with paneer and it makes me a bit sad. Also if you visit Southall, you can also easily visit the greatest place in the world, Hounslow

The only podcast I watch is the It's Always Sunny one, as I get so much more out of it that way, but then 90% of the joy I get from it is the facial expressions of Glenn Howerton. Having said that, it's only the first few that were audio only, and I think they always had it in their mind for it to be a video podcast so that helps, as there isn't a massive catalogue behind it. My favourite thing in the world is the World Football Phone In and I can't think of anything worse than watching it. Not every podcast needs to be a video, but then not every podcast should exist to be honest

This is the crux, and there is no way they will sign off on a month's work at that level/salary, so if they want you to do it, then they'll have to offer a secondment (which they won't) or a promotion. Or find someone at that level to actually do the work (I'm sure you're more than capable by the way) It's quite mental that organisations expect you to do this type of thing all the time. In a crude analogy, which may not work, its like asking someone who's line prep in a kitchen to be a sous chef for a month. It's pathetic. Solidarity with you brother.

That's true. May I recommend Pineapple Ka then. Not as good as the greatest which is Black Grape, but very decent.

No I don't think so, it was probably just a poor seller and Ting isn't that popular. I don't think it's been stocked in Tesco that long, but it was always in Morrisons, so maybe they upped their distribution game. I looked it up and even the Fanta drink that took over the Lilt legacy has gone as well. I hope the Lilt ladies have a good pension.

I've just had the Rustlers Doner kebab which is every bit as amazing/shit as you imagine it to be. Also, not very eatclean but I've found a very cheap meal for when I really cba. It's simply a packet of microwave rice dumped in a bowl of soup and mixed to make a sort of risotto. Came about when I didn't have much in, a tin of soup didn't seem enough for a meal (and it's not) and I've had it numerous times for my cba dinner. It's really filling as well, and can be achieved for just over a quid. Mexican rice in vegetable soup is the current front runner.

Ting is 40p a can in thwre at the minute as well. We are LIVING.

It just constantly wound me up to be honest. Nothing I could particularly point to, and I don't mind Sawa, but I found it incredibly irritating and was willing it to end. Forgot to say, I bloody love The Faculty, which I see you watched. A really fun, shlocky film.

I think @Devon Malcolm once told me not to watch the Final Destination films, but the kids wanted to watch them and so we did. He was right. I saw the first one in the cinema with my Dad, who hates this type of film, and still think it's a decent film with a good premise. I didn't realise that it originally started as an X Files script, which makes complete sense, and the cast are all suitably early 00s which is nice. It's solid. The rest all blur into one for their shitness, 3 being the slight outlier but that's really only because Mary Elizabeth Winstead is in it. 4 and 5 feature some of the worst CGI in the world, and also too much gore which is unnecessary, in that I mean if a body is falling it will splat twice rather than once and just looks silly. Then again, it's all silly bollocks. I once stayed in London after a Spurs game with my youngest and we had an evening to kill, and she kept pleading with me for us to go see Bloodlines at the cinema, and I felt suitably smug as I thought about the 20 quid I'd saved on refusing to go and see it, as its probably the worst of them all. That little CUNT in the opening scene with that penny, I was glad when he got (spoiler, sure none of you are arsed) crushed by that piano. Anyway, all crap apart from the first, the only slight positive is they're all only around 90 minutes long, and let's be honest weekly I watch a far worse waste of my time for that length. Best death was the sunbed one in whatever film that was in. Which is what Gmoney referred to when he said its mostly people experiencing it trying to find some light out of a dark situation. Each to their own, but I sometimes think making light of what affects me is a good way of looking at it, and not trivialising it at all. I think the fact that last week I was so depressed I stared at my wall for about 3 hours quite funny, when I'm outside of it taking place. Because it is.

The biggest one for me is a dip dab, when my entire life I thought it was dib dab. Everyone in the pocket of big sherbert.

I wouldn't use the phrase but I'm glad they went with Maccy D's and not Micky D's which I've heard people use, and just doesn't work. It's like when my aunt used to call Coronation Street Corro when everyone else worldwide uses Corrie. Wrong.
