I think Claudio could be brilliant in a tag team - perhaps with a smaller wrestler for the contrast in styles. Heck, Darby Allin would probably be a great partner for him. John Silver or Hologram could also be decent.

Moving away from the idea of a smaller wrestler - Hechicero, Mortos, Rush (even though he’s a cunt) or even his old rival Eddie Kingston could all be interesting choices.

We ended up three rows away from the pre-show filming.

Since my partner fancies both RJ City and Renee, this served as a bonus to the experience (especially since "they are both hotter in real life, if you're sharing this with your weird shitting forum").

While we were high up, (annoyingly with more expensive tickets than ones much closer, which is a lesson to not rush and buy), the view was actually great - could see the while ring and everything going on.

Elements of the crowd were annoying - one group was almost funny but just kept on and on. Tedious and loud is a bad combination. However, the crowd were hot all night - a shame it didn't come across more.

I enjoyed the show overall. Finally seeing a Hangman one-on-one match was a treat, and I was fine with all the shenanigans. The story is Hangman finally comfortable as champion, and taking all of MJF's nonsense and leaving him lying so badly that he can't even cash in, so all the nonsense was baked in (and I like Bryce anyway).

Other big highlight was seeing Cope and Christian. Kind of an unexpected treat to see them team up for the first time in so long. I think the crowd was easily distracted though because it wasn't like they had all these tag moments to call back to for pops - they only teamed for a few years and that was decades ago. They were into it, but it wasn't quite playing all the hits in the way, say, the Hardys or Dudleyz could have.

One thing that impressed me was how smooth everything at the show was. A huge amount going on and it all felt like a great production. And was great fun live.

I agree with c&c. I think as time goes buy I'd like them to slip in a 5 second pose or even a nostalgia brood for the Halloween dynamite. Even bring Gangrel in again for one more

Cope and Christian not quite being what they were is a fun wrinkle to the story; I smiled when I realised they were getting individual entrances, because it leaves an opening for that to be the big pop in Toronto if they enter together. Same with Christian not reciprocating on a post-match hug; that's a built-in babyface moment when he hugs back.

They don't have, to my recollection, as many instantly recognisable double teams as the Hardys or the Dudleys - there's the odd thing they did, but nothing like the 3D or the Poetry In Motion for the easy pop. You'd have to think they do the Five Second Pose to make up for that eventually.

I wonder if their original theme was a Jim Johnston track or stock music? I'd be great if they could get it back.
