Paid Members LaGoosh Posted April 7, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 7, 2025 Wade Barrett was a bare knuckle boxing champion in Eastern Europe. (Yes I know that one isn't true.) Quote
Paid Members herbie747 Posted April 7, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 7, 2025 Danny Spivey battered Adrian Adonis after a match. Bad News Brown threatened Andre (on the bus after Andre used the N word) and Andre backed down. In a shoot interview, Hurricane Helms reckoned he could batter anyone. Same with Mike Graham. Quote
Paid Members Lorne Malvo Posted April 7, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 7, 2025 Wolfgang used to work in a pub in Scotland so you know he must be hard. Well, not really, but that didn't stop Nigel McGuinness from mentioning it every bastard week. Quote

TibBo Posted April 7, 2025 Posted April 7, 2025 Never heard the Bossman vs Koko story? Everything I have ever heard about Bossman is that he was chilled and pretty tough in his own right (getting his hand slammed in a car trunk by a taxi driver and calmly asking the driver to open the trunk etc). Les Kellett would take some beating…from Adrian Street (a tough guy in his own right): “He could stand pain, all right. Going back to when he was one of Norman Morrell’s henchmen … a big iron girder fell down onto Les Kellett’s foot when he was working in Norman’s gym. There was blood running through his boot. It took half a dozen of them to get the girder off his foot. They were running round saying ‘Les, Les, are you all right?’He said, ‘We’ve got work to do – we’ll look at it after.’ He was working there for hours before he said ‘I think we should have a look at my foot.’ They had to cut and tear his boot off, and there was congealed blood. It was for effect, and the effect worked because that was thirty years ago and I’m still talking about it.” Quote

World's hardest recruitment consultant. Someone tried to pass him a file as he was stretching and gave him a cut on his lat. Quote

Tougher than I could ever be. Damn I bet that was a fight! Yeah I never saw Paula live but I did see Kate and she nearly started a riot. She was getting in the face of drunken men in the crowd and had the old dears in the front row out of their seats and physically attacking her. I have never seen anyone up close be that physically intimidating at a wrestling show. Quote
5pints 2.0 Posted April 7, 2025 Posted April 7, 2025 Joey Styles beating up well known hardman JBL should put him high up the list. Not so much liking to call commentary on his own, but more like others were too scared to be in the same room as him for a period of time. Quote
