I've had 5 favourite wrestlers over the years.

Macho Man was my first (1988)

Then Ultimate Warrior (1990)

Then HBK (1994 ish)

Then when I started buying tapes it was Dynamite Kid (1999)

And when all the dust settled, it was Bret Hart.

I'm not Sparky Plugg, but I did create an extremely minor 2000s meme about him. When Benoit did what he did, there was plenty of a push to say that he should never be mentioned again, and I suggested all over the place that they should just slot Bob Holly into his title lineage. That mutated into "the mystery partner silhouette from WWE programming is actually a silhouette of Bob Holly," and I was amazed to hear both of these quoted back to me as fact several times.

To me, Hardcore Holly is a world champion.
