Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted September 21, 2021 Paid Members Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) To think Paulie Malignaggi was being talked about as a potential opponent for Conor McGregor not all that long ago and now heâs piss arsing about with this âCorey Bâ. Itâs quite funny to be honest. The Bowe thing is just the dregs. Just as bad as the Holyfield vs Belfort thing, if not worse. Because as much as Holyfield shouldâve never been in there at 58 years old, Boweâs 54, way out of shape and was slurring like fuck 20 years ago. Granted, heâs not fighting an actual boxer but where is this leading? If he gets a âbig winâ here whatâs next? Theyâre gonna do Holyfield vs Bowe 4 arenât they? Edited September 21, 2021 by wandshogun09 Quote

Paid Members Egg Shen Posted September 23, 2021 Paid Members Posted September 23, 2021 the Bowe fight is off, thankfully. https://www.bloodyelbow.com/2021/9/23/22688889/promotion-pulls-riddick-bowe-from-lamar-odom-fight-citing-misleading-health-information-boxing-news Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted November 4, 2021 Paid Members Posted November 4, 2021 this may be the best place for this. Remember Richard Lartey? that Afrian Heavyweight who had a mental slugfest with Daniel Dubois, then took 3 hours to get to the ring only to take a suspect KO against Fabio Wardley. Well he was at it again yesterday. The state of this: No Lartey No Party! Quote
Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted November 25, 2021 Paid Members Posted November 25, 2021 Didnât know which thread this should go in, here seems as fitting as any. Just seems like an uncle winding his nephew up at a barbecue after a few drinks. Canât say Iâm arsed about an actual fight between them at this stage but weâve seen weirder and worse recently. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted November 25, 2021 Paid Members Posted November 25, 2021 it sounds like its being set up for them to fight in the next Triller Triad Combat show in February. They've shoehorned Briggs and Rampage into the promotion. It'll probably be announced on Saturday night. Quote
Keith Houchen Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Tommy Fury is out of his YouTube fight with Woodley looking like he is stepping in. Oh dear how sad etc gif. Quote

Oh dear how sad etc gif. Yeah, a broken rib and a bacterial chest infection. Poor lad won't be enjoying his socially distanced Christmas as much as the rest of us it seems. Got to hand it to Paul, accepting Woodley again on such short notice. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted December 6, 2021 Paid Members Posted December 6, 2021 we have Paul/Woodley discussion going on in 3 threads ? i should have known to bring it to the shit boxing thread. Quote
David Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Just now, Egg Shen said: we have Paul/Woodley discussion going on in 3 threads ? i should have known to bring it to the shit boxing thread. To be fair, it was "regular" boxing until Fury dropped out, then immediately became shit boxing ? Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted December 6, 2021 Paid Members Posted December 6, 2021 good point ? As little interest as there was in a Paul/Woodley rematch im actually quite interested to see it. Woodley was widely criticised for not throwing enough punches the first time around, and whilst thats been a worrying pattern in his career, surely he'll come out more aggressively this time, he has too. Keith Houchen Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Nah, it was always shit boxing. Furyâs opponents have more combined losses than Ebbs Accas. Quote
