I like to think I’m a bit of a litmus test for this show. I don’t normally bother with NXT, but I’m intrigued by CM Punk appearing and potentially winning the NXT Title. I’ll watch for the first time in ages. They've got a chance to convince me to watch more in the future. Just do something interesting or exciting.

I can't imagine how it could be anything else, surely? They're not having Grayson Waller pin Punk, and I can't see them putting the NXT belt on Punk either - all that does is push the problem down the line of how they book anyone in NXT to beat him for it. It's going to be a Kevin Owens run-in for a DQ finish, I'd have thought.

It's going to be Owens costing Punk the title. As for the point pat made about a 36 year old v a 48 year old for the development title; 36 is young for a WWE main eventer. Waller still has at least 10 years.

If you're going to have Paige, a woman so synominous with the Women's title, why would you not hype that as part of the promotion for the show?

Like there is such a natural build its untrue.

Apparently Paige wasn’t the original opponent and was only asked on Monday to fill in.

Would love to say it was a great show but it was shite, most normal NXT shows are better than that 

Cody asking if the tag team action is as good as this every week was a backfire, so one of their biggest stars never watches the show even though in theory he'll be wrestling at least someone from NXT in the future 

Did get into the Dusty Classic final though, loved Noam Dar getting the win even if he had to backwards slide out of the way for the ref to count 3, his reaction on winning was quality

Yeah saw that bit of news today, so fair enough. Curious who the original choice was now.
