Most Common Subjects of Discussion?

I'm new to discussion boards and a nostalgic 1991 - 2002 wrestling fan. Don't give a fuck about the current product (albeit I did watch Wrestlemania this year).

I've noticed people seem to get really, really angry when people bring up discussions on subjects which have probably been done to death in the past, but as a casual forum user I don't always know what's been done to.death and what's not.

So thought it might be handy to compose a list of subjects that cannot be discussed (unless your willing to go back and find a vintage thread)...

I assume the following will be on the list but I'm sure others like me would find a definitive list handy.

DX or nWo - which was better?

Was Montreal a work?

Attitude era Vs current product

Dr Scholtz hitting that interview guy

Best Undertaker era

Why are almost ALL wrestlers fucking junkies?

Why do almost ALL wrestlers die young?

Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks

Raw v Nitro?

Why did McMahon make such a rip-roaring cunt of the inVasion angle and ruin the one chance for us to live our dreams?

Anything relating to the historical standing of Hogan, Austin, Rock & Flair

Was Bret Hart amazing or a spoilt little huffy piece of shit?

Did Bret Hart draw all that much as champ?

You get the idea...

Those ones probably don't come up that much here. It's normally that someone's seen the fucking DVDVR sleaze list for the first time and has to tell us all about it. That and fucking shit polls. Thank god no-one makes polls anymore.

Threatening to make a "UKFF TOP" of something would probably get you cyberslapped as well. I know I can't fucking bare them these days.

Did the UKFF all time best wrestlers ever get fully published? I remember seeing Big Boss Man listed in like a countdown list????

Who's better, Bret Hart or Shawn Michaels is a common one (it's Michaels).

Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks isn't a very common topic, considering the only memory 90% of current wrestling fans under the age of [arbitrary number] have of them is "Oh yeah, that was the bloke who that Sky Sports presenter mentioned when the WWE wrestlers were on."

Personally I don't think any topic should be off limits unless there's been a recent thread about it. Although there's a hell of a lot of people who have been here a long time, the forum does get new members and I believe they are just as entitled to discuss Montreal for example, as those who last discussed it a couple of years ago. What's more irratating is when something big happens and someone jumps in with a thread not bothering to check that 5 topics down is the same thing.

In fairness, only a mong does the "Montreal was a work!" thing anyway.

Granted and I don't think anyone even cares anymore. Since Bret made his return to WWE I think all that and the "You screwed Bret" chants finally got left in the past.
