I used to listen to hundreds of stand up bootleg when I was a teenager and in my early twenties, and I was always struck by the audience chatting away through the show in almost all American bootlegs. I know it's more of a dinner and a night out experience over there, particularly outside of New York and LA, but it's still staggeringly annoying.
