Minor news items that don't deserve a thread

The X Factor entrance music was laughable, plus X-Pac and Justin Credible coming out to it made them look like the WWF's version of Lenny & Lodi

They were lucky to have that tune, it was the only thing that made them stand out at that point.

Has anyone got any more details about the wolfpack lot doing a stand up show tour over here in November? Seems to be all over halls twitter but not much info

http://ministryofslam.com/uk_take_over.php there you go

I must say I would be interested in the London leg of this show but without knowing the location I'm out. It's rather odd that that has not been revealed as that would put a lot of people off. Something smells fishy......

I seem to be in the same boat as you guys; the only thing putting me off buying a ticket is not knowing the venue.

Perhaps the promoter is holding off on booking a venue until they have an idea of interest?

Regarding the location issue, this is what's quoted on their website for London:

"MOS Productions are delighted to announce that due to the incredible demand for tickets since the announcement of 'The UK Takeover Tour', all events have been moved to larger venues in the centre of each city.

This once in a lifetime tour deserves as much attention as possible, and as such, only a limited number of tickets will be available whilst we negotiate the best, most suitable venues for you to enjoy this amazing product.

Book now to avoid disappointment!"

I guess this means the reason they're not announcing a venue is beacuse they don't have one yet.

I've probably picked up MOS clarification wrong, but the way it mentions "events have been moved to larger venues in the centre of each city" indicated to me that they had originally booked or decided to use non-premium venues in out of town locations.

There are a wealth of good venues in each city to cater for a spoken word event. The JR tour highlighted this.

WWE Superstars Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella are engaged to be married, according to E! Online.

The couple have been together for almost three years and Bryan popped the question on Wednesday while they were hiking in Big Sur, California.

"I have never in my life seen him so nervous. I've been by him when he's gone out for WrestleMania and some really big things," Bella revealed. "He got really, really nervous and he started talking about how long we've been together. He got down on one knee and compared our love. He said he'll love me forever like the ocean goes on."

Bryan says he was biding his time to pop the question in order to have that perfect moment. "I've had the ring for a long time. Just trying to find the moment that fits," Bryan said. "A moment that's worthy of Brie."

Bella says she is targeting a wedding date for between April and June of next year

Apparently former IWW wrestler, Pierre Marceau, has signed a developmental deal with WWE.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLZPN_A65n8...YO1CWb7gxjJbo1o - One of the more, erm, interesting promos I've heard in a while.

I hope they give him an Allo Allo gimmick.

In all seriousness i'd fucking love that, i think it would be great if he turned saying things like 'good moaning', 'i was just pissing by', etc. I dunno whether the majority of yanks would get it or not but i'd love it all the same.
