The Gaffer
The new theme is quasi Christian rock lamesters Shinedown who have done dozens of tunes for them in the past. They're one of the WWEs faaaaaaaavourite bands.  Still better than identikit pop hop... thing... they use for WrestleManias and the like. But I'm a total reductionist who thinks downtuned everything is just the sound of wrestling fights so I'd have honestly just put Korn's new tune to it or something. The Clint
I liked the track they played when they showed a shot of the arena outside and a couple of times when Cole, Graves and Saxton were talking. It sounded better than Shinedown's Enemies.

Perfect case of perfect use overcoming questionable band. That was the whole intro that showed superstars how they looked then and now before thundering into all the TONIGHT! stuff. Great intro! Paid Members PunkStep Posted July 27, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted July 27, 2016 (edited) The new theme is quasi Christian rock lamesters Shinedown who have done dozens of tunes for them in the past. They're one of the WWEs faaaaaaaavourite bands.   We need pics of Kevin Dunne throwing a devil horn hand gesture in the air at one of their concerts. They should've just used Peter Gabriel's Big Time for everything to be perfectly honest.   I liked the track they played when they showed a shot of the arena outside and a couple of times when Cole, Graves and Saxton were talking. It sounded better than Shinedown's Enemies. Yeah Smackdown's equivalent was - shockingly - EDM music. Whether you like it or not, far more popular and relevant today than they shite rock they insist on using. That's something positive I guess. The Clint
My fave WrestleMania theme is Ladies and Gentleman by Saliva. But the video package at Mania 17 of Austin V Rock with Limp Bizkit's My Way was fucking tremendous at the time.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted July 27, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 27, 2016 No. The best Wrestlemania theme was, is, and forever will be Easy Lover by Phil Collins. Big Time by Peter Gabriel is second, the one they used from 6 to 8 is 3rd.
The Clint
Yeah I always liked that theme from 6-8. But couldn't fucking stand the one from 10-14. The one that later became Linda's theme.

Snitsky's back acne
Brock Lesnar will not face any kind of disciplinary action from WWE for his UFC drug failures. He is not subject to Wellness Policy testing as he is a 'part-time performer'. Jon-Carr_92
Surely, they'd have to do something. They can't really have one rule for one person and another for everyone else. Probably a slightly lighter paycheque to be fair.
Wrasslin
I thought their explanation was pretty sound to be fair. He's not a full time performer so they're not obligated to look after his long term interests. And it's not a sport, so he's not cheating anyone.
