I'd replace Del Rio with Miz. He's got world title credentials, he hasn't fought Sheamus a million times this month like Ziggler has, and he's doing fuck all else on Raw. If Del Rio's out, then an episode of Raw and an episode of Smackdown is enough for Miz to get people into that match at least as much as they're into Sheamus-Del Rio anyway.

Agreed. I'd throw the belt on him too, in an "I'm back, bitches!" kind of way, and move him to Smackdown. It gets them out of a hole, and rehabilitates The Miz.

WWE have historically produced some interesting stuff when painted into a corner by injuries/departures. While I don't mind the current product, it's always more fun when they're that little bit less "safe".

You know what I'd like to see? That scenario but with Miz winning with some help from A.W and his mates. It would make a lot of sense given their characters, would give a logical explanation as to why Miz GOT the shot and protect Sheamus a bit more than simply dropping the belt to a guy that can't beat Brodus Clay.

It would also give that lot a bit of credibility and a reason to be on TV, which I'm all for.

It appears as if John Laurinaitis is no longer the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations in WWE, as his name has been removed from the company's corporate website's list of executive officers.

Paul "Triple H" Levesque's name has been added to the corporate site, and it appears as if he will be taking over for Laurinaitis as his job title is now Executive Vice President, Talent and Live Events.

With Laurinaitis being removed as WWE's Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, that makes Big Johnny only an on-air performer for WWE. For story line purposes, Laurinaitis' WWE.com profile is still billing him as the EVP of Talent Relations, and it's likely he will still refer to himself as such on TV.

Big Johnny's lost his calling card to a cat bath from those mag models now.

Chris Masters and Trina Michaels were both at the 6/7 Impact tapings. Michaels didn’t perform but had a meeting trying to push the idea of a feud with Brooke Hogan as a Hogan vs. Michaels feud.

Trina Michaels of course is the girl on the left (there are better pictures, but this one had Pogo the Clown on it):

If you type in "Trina Michaels" into TubeGalore you'll get a better idea of what her job is. Here's my question - if they hired her (which they might not considering she's been after a job for a good three years and haven't yet), is it wise for a former porn star to be appearing as a regular character on a mainstream wrestling show? Or does wrestling have such little credibility that nobody will care? Or is porn not that big of a deal anyway, so if she's a good performer (lol) and has good facials (lol) it wont matter what she does for a living? I ask because there have been porn stars in wrestling before that WWF/WWE haven't wanted to go near. She's a regular for some of the bigger independents, like Dragon Gate, so she must be alright.

What do you think? I'd be interested to hear Gladstone's opinion on this. And Loki's take, with his knowledge of woman's wrestling.

Trina's been quite quiet the last couple of years and has been moving more into mainstream stuff. She won crossover star of the year at the 2011 AVN Awards.

So it's not surprising to see her pop up in wrestling. The two have had a reasonable connection now for quite a long time, mainly because they are both regarded as almost sort of seedy sub-cultures in their respective sectors - wrestling to sport and porn to cinema. I think it's why you get a lot of movement between the two.

TNA isn't PG so I don't think it should be a problem for them, especially if they're not referring to her past. In WWE, I'm sure it will not happen again for a LONG time. I don't think it should matter what she has done, though. If she (or he, if it was a bloke crossing over, not sure that's happened much?) is good at her role, presumably as a valet, then I don't think it matters what she's done in her working past.

I didn't know she'd worked for Dragon Gate, though, that's quite interesting and would suggest to me she's probably pretty good. I'd like to hear from any Dragon Gate fans as to what she's been like and what the reaction has been to her. She's a great porn actress and star, though, and has always had a decent charisma and never seemed too much of an airhead in interviews, so I'm not surprised she has crossed over relatively successfully.

She wasn't a regular in DG USA at all. She was Jon Moxley (now Dean Ambrose) valet Wrestlemania weekend in 2011. Her role was to get in a cat fight with Reby Sky and that's pretty much all she's ever done on any of the indies I've followed.

Also in regards to the TNA/porn thing, didn't Chyna's new career get her canned from TNA?

Cheers, Coby.

I think you may well see more pornstars making a crossover into wrestling, especially in east coast promotions that are near enough to Hollywood. A lot of the modern day stars are quite career and media savvy - very few of the performers you see on the mainstream sites go into porn now and have no vision for their lives beyond that. It's a stepping stone to wrestling or reality TV or glamour modelling for a lot of them. If Nina Hartley made her debut in 2012 then she wouldn't go on to perform into her 50s, that much I'm sure.

Apologies then. She has turned up on NWA Hollywood and one of those Florida based Lucha shows, and on the one off supershow/convention circuit, according to Bryan Alvarez. She's usually attached to Kevin Kleinrock and that lot. Mick Foley's pals with her and he started getting her booked on shows he was on, which is quite scary.

On the Chyna front, I believe the problem with that was her signing a deal to do porn while negotiating with TNA. Hogan's actively banging away on camera if you search good enough and Chyna herself did a porn tape years before signing to do that match against Jarrett and Karen. Chyna's intentions were to be working TNA tapings and sucking cock on the afternoons, which obviously they weren't cool with. If this Trina lass does sign, it would probably have to do with her no longer actively doing porn anymore (if she still does).

The only adult stuff I've seen from her recently is softcore fetish stuff. I don't think she's contracted with anyone so a deal with TNA shouldn't be compromised by that.

In regards to the Chyna pre-TNA and Hogan stuff that was "private" videos that ended up online.

TNA did invite Holly Dee to a gut check in England so who knows if they were prior aware of her previous career when they invited her.
