Loki Posted July 8, 2011 Share Posted July 8, 2011 In all seriousness, I'd suggest that everyone who is owed money by 1PW get together and hire a lawyer to put together a class action suit. If the company owes too much money, it can be put into administration and any assets seized, including Mr Rodd's own bank accounts, with all the creditors getting at least something back. Kiffy Posted July 8, 2011 Share Posted July 8, 2011 Danny rodds own bank account might be hard to get at, if it's a ltd company the company bit stands for limited liability shareholders, essentially it can go bust without the owners losing everything. That's why you make a ltd company. Unless you can prove ol danny's embezzled it (and it's worth pointing out, taking a reasonable wage wouldn't qualify for that) you're not likely to have much luck.
