WyattSheepMask
If that gets confirmed a more or less happy with (not fussed about Anthrax)
WyattSheepMask
The Bloodstock announcement has now been confirmed. Gojira are the special guests for Saturday while Anthrax are Sunday special guests and Satyricon play Nemesis Devina in it's entirety. Â Means there is STILL a headliner to be confirmed

WyattSheepMask
King Diamond is a possibility, they've just announced they're starting work on a new album in the new year so depends how well they get on with that.
Merzbow
King Diamond playing the whole of Abigail, you heard it here first (and its a total guess).
Paid Members Bellenda Carlisle Posted November 17, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 17, 2015 King Diamond playing the whole of Abigail, you heard it here first (and its a total guess). I'd call it an educated guess as he's touring that in the states at the moment. I hope it happens. Danzig's got a covers album coming out next week so you never know. So they are at least a possibility. BOA have said the last headliner would be announced this month, which could point to Priest. i.e. Their own tour of the UK wraps up on the 1st, so an end of month announcement won't hurt their own potential salers. Tool just announced they'll be playing shows again as of January, so they have to be a possibility.
WyattSheepMask
Judas Priest are a name that gets thrown around every year and I love for it to happen, but I won't be suprised if it isn't them. I remember hearing a guy on the last day this year saying. "I'm positive that Judas Priest will play next year" and I'm sure he's said that a lot of times. It's a similar situation to when we used to say Sting would debut in WWE, if you say it enough times you'll be right eventually. Â Tool a possibility for Bloodstock? Surely they're far too big for Bloodstock. Edited November 17, 2015 by WyattSheepMask

And how many moreyears are there going to be to make it a reality? The timing of their tour ending and the announcment being this month lines up well for i to at least explain why they are holding back announcing the headliner. Of coursethat's purely speculation on my part. Â Tool i could see at Download as second stage headliner more than i could see them at BOA. Paid Members Dead Mike Posted November 18, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 18, 2015 If/when Tool come back to Download they'll headline main. They haven't played the UK for a decade & their last show was headlining there. I spoke to Andy Copping at the festival this year & he was saying they're very much still a headline band. WyattSheepMask
Exactly what I was thinking. I think it was just the truth worded his post that it came across that he was saying they were a Bloodstock possibility

Merzbow
The nastiest and possibly best Japanese punk band G.I.S.M. are back together and playing roadburn next year, they've not played for over ten years and never outside of Japan. Hats off to local boy Lee Dorrian for that one.
WyattSheepMask
Further to their dates here in December, Ghost have a show at London Palladium on March 2nd 2016
sammorgz
Further to their dates here in December, Ghost have a show at London Palladium on March 2nd 2016 Still have my eye on the Bristol show on the 20th as it hasn't sold out yet. Won't get my work rota for that for a week or so though. March 2nd could be a better shout!
