Watched My Cousin Vinny (again) last night. Absolutely love it. Joe Pesci is awesome and Marisa Tomei is one of the sexiest girls you will ever see on screen. It's a terrific little film, it's well acted (the Judge in particular is great), funny and well written. Very well thought out for a comedy too. I particularly love how Vinny outsmarts the yokel over the $200 he owes him. Also the early exchange between Vinny and Stan when Stan thinks Vinny is a prisoner who's ome to bum him is hilarious.

Ahh, one of my favourite films as a kid, Whenever I see a Buick Skylark in Gran Turismo or other games it always makes me think of it :). Also little fun fact, the judge (you're right he is awesome in that) is the guy who played Herman Munster.

Just watched Pink Floyd's The Wall. I'm a big Pink Floyd fan, but that was fucking nonsense. I put off watching it for years and years because that Geldof cunt is all over it, but I finally succumbed last night and gave it a whirl, and besides the music and some of the imagery, it was just over budgeted arthouse nonsense...

Black Swan

I'm gay for Darren Aronosky and Vincent Cassel so I was probably always going to like this. Bias aside it's absolutely brilliant. Creepy, claustrophobic, deeply unsettling and at times genuinely scary with a career-best turn from Natalie Portman. Believe the hype where she is concerned.

Agreed. Went to see it last night and was thoroughly enthralled by it. Portman was so convincing and the climax of the film was tremendous. Those eyes will give me nightmares for years.

Just finished watching Observe And Report, with Seth Rogan.

Usually I hate Seth Rogan, because everything I've seen him in has playing the same overweight, excessively swearing, super confident but secretly sensitive for the ladies, character.

I watched this because it has Anna Farris in, and the back of tehe DVD promised nudity.

So in this, he's an overweight, excessively swearing, super confident but secretly sensitive for the ladies, mall security guard. Some of the "hilarious" moment include him saying "Fuck you" to a middle eastern guy, who says "Fuck you" back to him. So Seth says "Fuck you" to him again, and the middle eastern guy says "Fuck you" back to him AGAIN! Zany! They go back and forth saying "Fuck You" to each other about a dozen times. Who writes this stuff?

The nudity is a fat bloke who is flashing people in the mall.

Seriously, somebody stop me if I ever consider watching another of Rogan's films.

Finally got around to watching District 9 over the weekend, and I'm a spacker for not having watched it sooner. Fantastic stuff.

Also caught The Other Guys and Jason Statham's new turn in The Mechanic. Both are a fun way to kill a couple of hours or so, nothing more and nothing less. The Mechanic in particular is clearly just a vehicle for Statham to do his thing, though he's cool as a fuck so I don't mind.

I saw this a few months ago. Possibly the worst film I've ever seen. I liked Knocked up and Superbad and loved Zack and Miri though so I don't put it down to Rogan. It's just garbage.

Knocked Up and Zack & Miri are his best (main) roles. Pineapple Express can be added to the garbage pile though.

Fred: The Movie.

I didn't actually watch this, my friends kids asked if I could download it for them. And as always I checked it over before burning it. I watched about 20 seconds and decided it was the worst film I have ever seen. All I watched was some teenage whiney prick moaning about not being able to see this girl, when John Cena walks on (in full John Cena attire) as this kids dad and FU's him through a table. I'm thinking of doing the same to my friends kids.

Knocked Up and Z&MMAP are both chick flicks, where the only thing that's unconventional is that the leading man is an overweight, excessively swearing, super confident but secretly sensitive for the ladies guy.

Both are shit.

Fred started life as some guy on YouTube that would play his voice back at double speed, whilst shouting "random" (lol!!! random times!!!!11) things. Guys like him make you fully appreciate how good we had it with the Chuckle Brothers.
