I've been saying it for years, there simply isn't enough interest in pro wrestling anymore for there to be another company even come close to making it into the mainstream. ROH were doing just fine under Sapolski a few years back, doing their thing, putting on good shows and managing to carve themselves a little corner of the market.

They fucked it up by trying to make the next step. It's like MMA promotions getting some success on a local level and then trying to go national and compete with the UFC. It simply won't happen.

I believe they tried to make the next step mainly because despite the shows being of quite good quality under Gabe they were still losing money pretty much constantly.

Matt Hardy and ROH using the words 'major program' , just sucks long hard dicks..

Fucking hell, if I read those words i think, first match: run-in, second match: DQ finish, first PPV; heel turn. Pff, can't you just say, 'Hey we have Matt Hardy on our PPV, and he's gonna wrestle somebody!!' Nobody is buying this PPV because you made it clear Hardy will be staying after this and work a 'progam' with one of your guys.

If you have Matt Hardy, SELL Matt Hardy, don't sell the fact that you are a predetermined sportshow with weeks of planning behind it. Makes me feel stupid as a fan for trying to suspend my beliefs.

Not sure if its been mentioned, but ROH have some new title belts in development. I'm unaware of specifics (If it'll be the same belts with new logos or new designs altogether), but its all over the Belt talk forums with sneek peeks and stuff.

It was mentioned in Rule One's awesome belt thread that god killed by twats who don't even post here. It's idiotic when they're doing so badly. When did they get their recent set? Can't have been more than 2 years.

ROH statement on f4wonline.com:

The statement issued today by ROH:

"We apologize greatly for those that had issues with the internet pay per view on Saturday evening. The issue turned out to be that there was a glitch with the auto-switching between different quality streams in an effort to deliver the best possible stream to all viewrs based on their interest speed.

Because of the lack of incident at any of our staffed locations, and favorable technical reports, it became difficult to isolate the issue. Still, we were able to ultimately solve the problem and all viewers were able to watch the pay per view from that point forward.

In stopping the stream to rectify the issue, we were not able to save it as one file, therefore, right now, only the second half of the show is available as a replay. The full show will be up as soon as it can be rendered into one file.

We do realize that for some fans, you may have missed a significant portion of the first half of the show, and while we hope that the action in the second half of the show was more than worth it, we would like to offer a make-good for the firstr half by sending everyone that purchased the iPPV up until 9 p.m. on the night of the event, a FREE copy of the DVD when it is released. In addition, and as always, the FULL replay will be up as soon as it is ready.

We also hope you understand, that with any production, a number of issues can occur, and that our ultimate goal is to prevent these issues and continue striving to deliver to you, our devoted fans, the BEST wrestling and internet pay per view in the world.

If for some reason, it is felt that the free DVD and continued access to the replay for a year are not a fiar make-good for hte issues that occurred on Saturday, refund requeests willbbe honored until 12:00 NOON EST on Tuesday, September 18th, 2012. Please send ALL requests to help@rohwrestling.com Any processed refunds will nufilly the free DVD offer and access to the replay.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support. We do hop ethat you will join us for our next IPPV, Saturday, October 13th, 2012."

I'm more likely to tune in to see MATT HARDY AND THE HEADBANGERS in a relatively big company in 2012 than Davey Richards cosplaying Dynamite or Mike Mondo and his dead weird face.

Absolutely. Not just because I really liked The Headbangers especially, but because I know how much it will annoy the majority of the mongier ROH fans.
