I'd be intrigued to know what they charge for Raw and SD in the US. Getting sellouts is a pretty recent phenomena for them after many years, but if they try to push the ticket prices up in home territory, will the fans accept it?  I think in US Sports, dynamic pricing is far more accepted as a concept than in fan culture in Europe. 

Unfortunately if they're going to do arenas in Europe they're popular enough to charge whatever they please.  If they can't sell out at sky high prices, they won't keep coming back.

I've said it before, I hate the way that gate figures are reported and celebrated in fight sports and WWE. I wish the journos in on the post show press conferences would call HHH out on it by pricing out so many ordinary families.

I'm in philadelphia for work this week. Decided to see raw next week at Wells fargo. 50 dollars for block 210 so cheap seats but a good view 

Still a fair lot available though for 200 plus, there's not many floor seats for 800 left which for a non event raw is mad imo

I paid about £120 for All In 2023. Paid £20 this year for tickets higher up but a much better view (the corner post rig was in the way last year. 

Wrestlemania 39 night 1 and 2 if you include flights and hotel was over a grand, but the tickets themselves were about £80 each. I justified it to myself at the time as a once in a lifetime trip and I'd just got a big bonus from work. Had a fantastic time, mind, but never again.

I don't know how much the tickets were but a few years ago, my ex got us Smackdown tickets, VIP or something. I reckon they were around 150 each.

She'd researched the outlay of the O2 tirelessly to get us seats on the end of a row on a tier and steps that she was convinced the SHIELD would come down, as she's a huge Reigns fan.

Weeks before they split up so they didn't obviously do their entrance. Gutted, but the seats were fantastic. 

The VIP merch was absolutely shit. A very cheap drawstring bag that had a wristband in it, an awfully cheap cap, picture of IIRC Paige and Owens and a booket which to be fair was decent. I gave it to some lad on the train home.

About £400 for WrestleMania 38. £150ish for night one, on the 300 level. £250ish night two, in the first few rows of the risers (which really means the last few rows of the floor). The night one seat was so much better.

I’m expecting to pay about double that next week for WrestleMania Vegas. I’m not 100% on it, but had a great time last night at the live event in Manchester, despite the stinkiest fucker sitting in front of me. The live event cost me £30 or so a ticket in the 100 level. Great view from there, the Co-Op is a really nice arena.

I think I spent north of a hundred quid for the 2022 Clash at the Castle, but the prices put me off going to this year’s. The prices put me off Money in the Bank in London as well. If they do Elimination Chamber in the UK, I don’t think I could justify spending the money unless I’m not going to Vegas.

For anything that isn’t a particularly hot ticket (so all WWE shows besides PLEs, and all AEW shows) I’d wait until week of. Because there were so many unsold, I was offered All In tickets for fuck all via Tickets For Troops by a friend who is in the army. Same with this WWE tour, the Glasgow SmackDown, and I expect the WWE tour in a couple of weeks. But I’d already bought the WWE tickets this week before he mentioned it, I’m assuming the next tour will be the same show, I wasn’t going to travel to Scotland just for a SmackDown, and if AEW did a show in my back garden I probably wouldn’t bother looking out the window.

In many ways, wrestling is better on the telly.

Agree with this. Nearly said it early in the thread but felt like a miserable bastard. Mine is about £20 to see some Indy shows and WWE locally, back in the mid-2000s. I'm not a massive fan of live wrestling. Haven't seen any since an NXT:UK taping (shit you forget happened). It's nice in a way to be able to say you've seen a Drew Galloway, Pac, Spud or Walter live when they make it but the experience doesn't do a right lot for me. It really is better on telly. If anyone stinks, it's your own fault.

I paid either £75 or £85 for front row at International Showdown and second row at Universal Uproar. Which comparatively is more money than it would be today, and subjectively was a hell of a lot to me given I was still a student for the former and working in a pub by the latter. I paid these because I thought they were the only chances I was ever getting to see Misawa and Kobashi wrestle. Yes, I ended up spending thousands on trips to Tokyo but given what I think the exchange rate was at the time, I don’t think I ever went north of £50 for any one ticket for any one show.

Despite being on a better salary now than any time in my life, I’m never paying more than that for any wrestling today. Prices of everything are crackers and there’s bills to pay and an unexpected expense always sneaking up. What we’re expected to pay these days for football, gigs and wrestling is crazy.
