DCW Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 Not a huge fan of 2023. On and off various mental health meds for anxiety/depression being the theme of most of the year really. But I somehow met a lovely, funny (slightly uncomfortable in her own skin, like me!) lady in October who has brightened life up considerably. Spent NYE on her couch drinking whiskey sours and watching Ghostbusters 2, Trading Places, and tipsily laughing our arses off at The Room to round things off. I hopefully will get a transfer to a new unit in work in early/mid-2024 that should help with stress/burnout and stop my recurring bouts of severe heartburn & stomach ulcers also.
