Tennessee Moltisanti Posted September 27 Posted September 27 Nice, I give the Propa Podcast a listen quite often. Undefeated is on every Monday and they do a call in show on YouTube and it's a good listen. Quote
Paid Members wandshogun09 Posted September 30 Paid Members Posted September 30 Well, if nothing else, they finally had a press conference and their first ever face-off… I still refuse to believe it until I actually see them in the ring throwing punches but I guess it’s now officially closer to happening than it’s ever been before. Paid Members Lion_of_the_Midlands Posted September 30 Paid Members Posted September 30 Nick Khan sat next to Turki at the presser with a face like thunder that he wasn't allowed to speak was a joy to watch. The sound issues they kept having were shite. It was all a bit of a boring presser really. No tables thrown, no one called anyone a minge and Max Kellerman proving that English is not his first language. Whenever he said "Lennox Lewis" he really emphasised the "Ox" part of his name for some reason. Quote
NeverYield Posted September 30 Posted September 30 Very bizarre presser that just didnt ignite for me. Had "ship sailed" written all over it Still wouldlnt be suprised to see it all fall through. Quote
Paid Members Egg Shen Posted October 1 Author Paid Members Posted October 1 Genuinely, what the hell has Dua Lipa got to do with this fight?😄 Turki at the presser... "I wanted it at Wembley, tell the Mayor, tell Dua Lipa". Turki in love with her or something? Quote

Turki is not used to anyone saying no to him, let alone a woman. Quote

jimufctna24 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 I think most boxing fans imagined a Fury vs Joshua press conference to feature the boxers trading plenty of barbs, Hearn and Smith trading barbs with Warren, Big John Fury piping up, and all sorts of tension. Instead we got a brief argument about a sparring session, fan questions, Max Kellerman, and Turki waffling on about gibberish. It's probably going to be the biggest fight of all-time on these shores, but as a spectacle and a sporting contest, it's well past its sell by date. Quote
