Lemon Juice
[quote name="Lemon Juice" post="2865310" timestamp=   That was part of the reason why SV went under, they were dropping their prices to ridiculous levels which in turn meant that Fremantle have had no chance from the get go because they kept prices closer to retail and fans of SV refuse to buy off them  I heard that it had something to do with WWE being unhappy about their Tagged Classics releases which featured the unedited WWF logo. WyattSheepMask
Surely the WWE would have given the go ahead for the Tagged Classics releases. Blurred or not, I find it hard to believe they weren't aware of it and than got pissy. Â Looking at that Savage lineup, looks like sets like these are going to be focused heavily on TV & house show matches rather than PPV matches due to the network, which isn't a bad thing. Looking forward to it
Bosco Blick
I'm pretty sure not blurring the logo was the result of a long overdue (too late really) agreement with the wildlife fund.
WyattSheepMask
Â Distinct lack of WWE logo on that (just a tiny one in the bottom left). Probably because people would moan about it not being the scratch logo
Scorpion_Deathlock
That's pretty generic compared to the amazing Sgt Peppers inspired cover of Volume 1.

stevieg1980
As a completeist I'll get it but it's like the Sting set, there isn't anything really unique or special about the matches. The documentary is what to buy this for.
WyattSheepMask
I'm sure the WCCW handicap match was on his shoot interview DVD as a bonus, as it was before WWE properly owned the library. Other than that it's a case of them being matches that may be hard to find but nothing particularly special. I assume the 'Arena cam' at Wrestlemania VI is just the hard camera shot with no commentary. They did the same with Hogan/Andre from WM3 on the WWE 50 set. zep81
Pre Ordered my first wrestling related Blu Ray last week; Destruction of the Shield. Â Just Hope Fremantle can deliver in decent time. TheShowOff
Looking forward to the Lawler set. I hope the documentary portion is largely pre WWE but I can't see it going that way.
Jon-Carr_92
There's a Daniel Bryan one coming out in July.
WyattSheepMask
Had read about that. It's the 'Journey to Wrestlemania' doc that's on The network only extended by 10 minutes. No matches for the set have been released yet but I reckon vs. Cena at Summerslam, Orton at HIAC and the WM30 triple threat will most likely be on it
sammorgz
Was hoping we'd get more towards a 2 hour documentary but beggars can't be choosers, still looking forward to this release.
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted March 10, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted March 10, 2015 That looks ace already. I'll not get too excited about the documentary. They tend to brush over too many things to be really worthwhile.
