CAREBEAR LUVVA
Thought I'd bump this instead of starting a new topic - Charlie Brooker's new series Newswipe starts tomorrow night (Wednesday March 25th) at 10.30pm on BBC4. I'm a bit unsure whether I'll enjoy it or not (not being a current affairs-y sort of person I'm expecting most of it to go completely over my head) but I'll give it a look anyway! Steveo2007
Brooker's said he's the same about not really being that interested in the news, so it'll be good to see how it works.
Big Rob
Just checked the Sky Preview, and he's talking about the "Credit Crunch". God, this could be great.

DJ Stevie C
This person will be uploading the new episodes to YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/xthemusic  All of the older episodes are on there too.  After checking that channel I think everyone should go back watch Screen Wipe Series 3 Episode 1 for a small refresher course on recent events.... jimmy the exploder
Newswipe was brilliant. Some of that Moneygeddon merch wasn't bad...
Steveo2007
Newswipe was brilliant. Some of that Moneygeddon merch wasn't bad... the "Epic Fail" T-shirt with Gordon Brown on the front was pretty decent.
Andrew_
The German shooting scenes at the end we're brilliantly done.
NEWM
Really brilliant last night. Much stronger than the last series of Screen Wipe, which I thought was the first black mark against him. Seems to have rebounded well with this, hope it stays great.

BionicRedneck
I love Brooker, but I'm really not looking forward to this. As a general rule, any quiz on C4 with 'celebrity guests' is fucking terrible.
