Sad news for Marcus Bagwell

Poor bastard just starts getting his life to some kind of normality and he’s had to have a leg amputated.

After all he has been through and beaten the cunt of addiction, then this.

He seems to be seeing it as a positive and looking at everything as a blessing. Don’t know how he manages that but good on him

Maven has been with him through it, filming the lead up and everything. 

It ends with a lot of optimism, he wants to get in the ring again with a prosthetic and I don't know how likely that is but if a last match is something he has his heart on I hope he manages it. I was always a Buff mark during the nWo days, especially in Vicious & Delicious who are the most underrated team of the era.

The leg injury came from when he was drunk and bashed into everything from a portable toilet to a fence a few years ago. Thankfully nobody died. You can argue that the injuries that lead to the leg amputation were maybe the wakeup call he finally needed. So although this seems bad, if he remains clean and lives a long life, maybe this was the moment for him to crack on. I hope so. Seems a great guy when he's clean.

Yeah. He does seem to be trying to stay positive about it all. Hopefully he recovers well and either gets his Hall Of Fame ring or to have his last match and go out on his terms. Why not both. WCW Magazine rookie of the year Marcus Alexander Bagwell and 2Cold Scorpio Vs the Hollywood Blondes on Worldwide were some amazing matches.
