Do you know what this picture reminded me of?

That I someone didn't realise until around 2020 that the UFC logo at the time was actually meant to be Bas Rutten, and that the logo was part of the UFC marketing Bas as their top fighter in 1999 (which they soon aborted after he retired). This was despite me being fully aware of Bas Rutten, and that particular logo, for over 15 years prior to 2020 (it even featured on a UFC PSOne game I owned in the 2000s). For years, I thought the logo was just the likeness of UFC management's idea of a generic fighter. 

Not my finest moment.
