The *expletive* deleted thread needs some opposition positivity, and Butch reminding me how great 'shitehawk' of a word is means let's have a good words/slang thread.

Git.

Simple, elegant. Doesn't seem too offensive but people are taken aback when you use it. It's like throwing a bitchslap with a black velvet glove and still leaving a scar.

I've always been fond of 'wanner' for some reason.

Never heard it before or since, but it's an expression an old boss of mine would use to describe a ladies place.  Usually prefixed by the words 'the old...'

For example..

Me:  "Bless, was out at lunch and a woman slipped over in town"

Him: "D'you catch a glimpse of the old wanner?"

Me:  "Yeah, been going out for a few months now"

Him  "She given you a look at the old wanner yet?"

etc.
