Fog Dude
I was in Cardiff all weekend, but the final scores went into the first post last night and the table was uploaded soon after. Average scoring this week, meaning almost no movement in the bottom half of the standings. As TUFCfan didn't make all his picks in time, Seph is able to close the gap to 4 points. At the top, the two joint best performers - including early pacesetter The Ratt - reduce the deficit to 9. As he got his D2D wrong, snowman dave is the worst scorer this time out and drops a couple of places to fifth. Everyone who posted their guesses in a timely fashion rightly disagreed with him, although a handful of those only bet on a draw. Charlton will be hoping for better when they face Blackburn again in the Cup in a couple of weeks' time. Elsewhere, the German scorelines proved difficult to foresee, whilst Celtic's reverse at Tannadice and the Mackems' smash-and-grab in the Tyne-Wear derby produced dud results. Score draws at Villa Park and Anfield were more fruitful, and another at the City Ground yielded a fair few points too. Real Madrid's triumph in Marrakesh was mainly good for one-pointers, but Motherwell's away victory at St Mirren Park was more of a mixed bag.
