bigfoote
Well to add to the inevitable moans and groans...I had a fucking shit lottery pick... <-- click on 'spoiler' to show/hide the spoiler Santino Tensai Rey Mysterio Cesaro Miz  [close spoiler] ");document.close(); Which by my rough count puts me on -4, pending final tallies. <-- click on 'spoiler' to show/hide the spoiler Santino going out under a minute. Mysterio being a twat for minus 10. Just lucky I had Cesaro and Miz for 4 each  [close spoiler] ");document.close();
SSJLogan
If ive worked this out correctly, i have the following: Â Entrant 2 - Jericho. 8 Points (second longest), 4 Points (2 Eliminations) = 12 P Entrant 12 - Tensai - Did nothing = 0 P Entrant 17 - Godfather - Hoping for the 3 points for surprise non active roster entrant but until confirmed just -2 for being eliminated within 60 seconds = -2 P Entrant 26 - Orton - 2 Points (5th last person in Rumble), 2 Points (1 Elimination) = 4 P Entrant 27 - Mahal - Did nothing = 0 P Â Total = 14 P Â (I think...maybe 15 P if i score the extra Godfather points)
Slapnut
I had a right stormer here. Goldust, Sheamus, Cena, Cesaro and Ryback. So I had the winner, the runner up, third place, a surprise entrant and 13 eliminations, which brings me to a total of 61 points. I'm going to have to watch back to see if any of my choices were chokeslammed or were longest times etc., but I'm more than happy with that for the time being. Â EDIT: Add 4 points for Cesaro competing earlier in the night too, so 65 points. I still need to work out chokeslams and timing for Sheamus, who I think is in for a shout of fourth or fifth longest time.
Larger Than Life
I had fairly decent picks. <-- click on 'spoiler' to show/hide the spoiler Kofi, Otunga, Cena, Khali and Orton. Â [close spoiler] ");document.close(); Got 7 eliminations, not sure about much else though.
spotlightmagnet1
If my calculations are correct, I got 15. Shame, my first pick was Cody who gained two thirds of my points, the rest were a bust. Damn you Tensai and Mahal. Â Forgot to say: Â 3- Cody Rhodes 12- Tensai 17- Godfather 21- Daniel Bryan ( ) 27- Jinder Mahal
Paid Members Up Chuck Posted January 28, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted January 28, 2013 Santino, McIntyre, Brodus Clay, Kane and Orton. Spoiler: I haven't won.
Glenryck Pilchards
After watching the Rumble match twice to confirm and corroborate the points I feel pretty confident the following is correct. If anyone has any objections please let them be known by 6PM so I can see if the challenge will stand. If there are no objections results will be posted later this evening. I have recorded the points as the following:  The Top Five:  (19) Cena: 15 (30) Ryback: 10 (11) Sheamus: 7 (1) Ziggler: 5 (26) Orton: 2  Survivor Award: (To be double checked when WWE.com post their timings; the following times were recorded by me with my phone whilst eating a bowl of muesli)  49:46 (1) Ziggler: 10 47:53 (2) Jericho: 8 37:24 (11) Sheamus: 6 27:43 (3) Rhodes: 4 27:37 (19) Cena: 2 21:42 (16) Dallas: 0 21:16 (4) Kingston: 0  The rest were under 20 minutes.   Eliminations:  (30) Ryback: 10 points (3) Rhodes, (11) Sheamus, (19) Cena: 8 points each (1) Ziggler: 6 points (2) Jericho, (4) Kingston, (18) Barrett, (21) Bryan, (24) Kane: 4 points each (9) Otunga, (10) Slater, (15) Young, (16) Dallas, (22) Cesaro, (26) Orton: 2 points each  To clarify a couple of the eliminations listed above I decided on the following  Five wrestlers eliminated Brodus Clay which were Slater, Young, Sheamus, Ziggler and Rhodes  For Titus O'Neil's elimination I am giving credit for Otunga as well as Sheamus as Otunga knocked O'Neil off the apron  And finally for Daniel Bryan's elimination there is credit for Cesaro and Kane for hilariously dumping him on his arse    Bushwhacker Luke Award:  Only two competitors lasted less than a minute: (5) Santino Marella was dumped out in 47 seconds and (17) The Godfather lasted about as long as me in a lesbian orgy. Both wrestlers are docked two points.  Skinning the Cat Award:  There was no skinning the cat this year, so nothing to see here.  Tiffany Award:  There was no moment at all where someone could say "I think I'm alone now" so no points in this category as well.  Chokeslam Conundrum:  Would you believe it there was not one single chokeslam in the Rumble match! No points here either.  The "You Stupid Twat" Award:  Initially I thought this was a dead duck like the three previous awards, that was until bigfoote mentioned (14) Mysterio was caught out being a twat. I have reviewed the footage again and I would have to agree with bigfoote. Mysterio climbs on to the top rope jumps on to Barrett who catches him and eventually gets eliminated. So 10 points are docked for Mysterio!  The WWWEY Award (Legends and surprises)  There are three wrestlers who have qualified for the three points on offer. (2) Jericho, (8) Goldust, and (17) The Godfather  Double Bubble Award:  Six entrants grabbed 4 points each (this includes the pre-show match for the US title)  (3) Rhodes (20) Sandow (21) Bryan (22) Cesaro (24) Kane (28) Miz  That concludes how the points have been determined, below is what each entrant scored.  1 Ziggler 21 2 Jericho 15 3 Rhodes 16 4 Kingston 4 5 Santino -2 6 Drew 0 7 O'neal 0 8 Goldust 3 9 Otunga 2 10 Slater 2 11 Sheamus 21 12 Tensai 0 13 Clay 0 14 Mysterio -10 15 Young 2 16 Dallas 2 17 Godfather 1 18 Barrett 4 19 Cena 25 20 Sandow 4 21 Bryan 8 22 Cesaro 6 23 Khali 0 24 Kane 8 25 Ryder 0 26 Orton 4 27 Mahal 0 28 Miz 4 29 Sin Cara 0 30 Ryback 20  So with all that the jackpot selection would have been 1, 3, 11, 19 and 30 which would have given you a massive 103 points. No one selected that combination however  Any objections before I post the results?
Paid Members I Bent My Wookie Posted January 28, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted January 28, 2013 43, which annoys me as I was tied between 11 and 13 and went with the unlucky number to be lucky for me. Funkasauraus should be extinct for that showing.
bigfoote
If I was being pissy, I'd try to claim Santino and Rey as returning stars, but that would at best tenuous. So I'll stand by my -4...anyone do worse than that? Â EDIT: Not being able to read...revise that to -2.
patiirc
6, 10, 13, 17, 24 Â 0+2+0+1+0 Â Â 3 points if I've added that up correctly. 1pt better than last year I think. Â Plus 2 out of the 3MB cant be bad either. Huzzah! Lashings of Philadelphia all round!
