jonnybgoode82 Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 My gf is the non of all non-wrestling fans (although she has started watching Tough Enough) and bizarrely enough on Thursday night I was going through with her names of famous wrestlers and had she heard them or not.  Her responses:  Austin - yes Rock - yes Hogan - yes Andre - no Warrior - yes Savage - yes Flair - yes Taker - yes HBK - yes Bret - yes HHH - no Foley - yes Bulldog - yes Sting - no Goldberg - no Hall - no Nash - no Dusty - no Jericho - yes Steamboat - no Cena - no (until started watching TE) Batista - no Orton - no  So to her Hugh Morrus is a bigger star than Goldberg!  She text me to tell me Savage had died on Friday. I grew up watching him and Hogan (I only liked Hogan during the Mega Powers saga). Savage vs Steamboat will always be one of the best matches ever and i can only hope that he will be inducted into next years HOF (if his brother allows it). Â RIP Macho Man/King.
