KingOfMetal
Recently surfaced and seemingly verified online reports suggest that ex-Machine Head bassist Adam Duce is now suing his former band. Adam, who was fired from the band back in February of last year, is suing his ex-bandmates on grounds of "trademark infringement, breach of partnership agreement and defamation", according to a report by The Courthouse News Service.  The bassist is also said to have claimed that, despite all four members at the time sharing equal ownership of the band's Head Machine Touring Inc corporate front, frontman Robb Flynn claimed the majority of the band's touring profits. Paid Members Egg Shen Posted January 22, 2014 Author Paid Members Share Posted January 22, 2014 christ, what a messy end to that situation. No doubt Flynn will respond with some harsh words.

Cannibal Man
So Chas and Dave are at Sonisphere lol  Chas & Dave are fantastic live. It should be brilliant. About fifteen years ago a gig of theirs got invaded by most of the regulars of the local rock pub in town after they discovered tickets were still available for the gig that night, and it got to the point that my mate was told to calm down by Chas after he asked him for a blowjob. Merzbow
The new album "The Year the Sun Died" seems to be in limbo, it gets mentioned every now and then and was even slated to be released last year but I've not heard a thing from it. Paid Members Dead Mike Posted January 28, 2014 Paid Members Share Posted January 28, 2014 Whats the reaction like over on the Download forum, I've stopped looking at it as it seems to be congested with mongs for the mostpart. Â A vocal minority who bought advance 'early bird' tickets are trying to convince everyone else that it's an amazing line-up. The general reaction to the line-up is pretty apathetic. When you look at Metal Hammer's facebook page on each announcement the reaction is far less positive. 2011 had a lot of the same bands but with the addtion of SOAD, Disturbed & BFMV. I don't think this years line-up is that bad. However, I'm in the fortunate position of being able to decide whether to go or not the week of the festival though. Planning on waiting to see what offers come out for tickets & what the weather's looking like. If I can get a ticket for
