This is the worst bout of White Knighting i've ever seen. Just give it a rest, Ron.

My Dad always had them on when I was a kid, and I grew up thinking Yellow Submarine was a playground song that every kid knew. I remember sitting at my Gran's going through his records of them and reading all the bits inside the sleeves and the lyrics and that.
Because I live with my Mum, and my Dad ended up being an absolute turd who I just stopped seeing, I never really heard much of them between the ages of like 7/8 to 18 but then decided I really should check them out again.
Â
Can't say I love all their stuff like some people, but I do like an awful lot of it and appreciate why they're known as the greatest band ever. I'm a much bigger fan of their wackier stuff like Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, I am The Walrus, Octopus' Garden, etc. I do like the more upbeat rocky stuff like Helter Skelter and Hey Bulldog too.
Â
George Harrison was the best one.

Lump in my throat. Thanks for that.

I knew what he was meant to be, but was hoping to drag out as many other possibilities before it was pointed out. Fun time's over.

With camo like that he's got to be a Battlefield guy.

If this is a reboot, how do they manage to put Wolverine in and make sense? I never got that, and it's not the type of film I would watch.
-
Couldn't get into Mad Men at all, not keen on the era it's set in. On the other hand though I bought the box sets of The League of Gentlemen and The Fast Show today, so I have plenty to watch. Also got Season 5 of 30 Rock downloading, seeing as I can't buy it on dvd yet.

Yeah from the neck upwards.
-
Yeah, last time I saw her on TV she was thin again. She piled that right back on didn't she?
-
On series 2 of 30 Rock. The Seinfeld Vision episode was great.

You want to cause trouble in a Russian Supermarket? prepare to get knocked the fuck out

They kick the shit out of them! I was expecting a couple of punches and a quick escape. That is immense.

She looks like a fascist clown.

Is Mad Men any good? It's got a fair few amount of actors I enjoy in it, but I've not heard much about it.
-
Stepbrothers is the best comedy from the past few years I reckon, I really like The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard too but I think I may be the only one.
Â
Step Brothers is class. If we're talking about quotable comedies from the last few years then that's up there.

That Leg Cobra bit is brill.

Glad to see the mods finally caught on that it was the stupid thread title that caught everyone off guard, and not that there was dozens of people on here just ignoring the rules for the fun of it.
-
You can make something look like anything with things like CGI though.
-
For me it's a case of if something is animated, then it should look animated. Why animate a film to look as realistic as possible, when you can just use real people?. Pixar, Studio Ghibli, and stuff like that are all beautifully animated and look like animation. Stuff like Polar Express, Tin Tin and A Christmas Carol, why bother?
-
Oh right. That's quite a useful feature.
-
Why are some posts repeating themselves as if you've C+P'd it?
-
Tin Tin doesn't even look like Tin Tin. He looks like a smarmy twat.
-
Didn't someone sign up before and become a paid member thinking it got him off the hook from being a turd, only for someone to ban him days later?
-
Do what I did and give the free 48 hour trial a go. It's nothing special, I played maybe about 3 hours and gave up on it.
-
Oddly enough it was the stuff with Dwight that got me

I havn't posted barely anything in the paidos forum for months, but nice try anyway. You are overreacting and it's making you look daft.
Â
EDIT: Looks like you realised that and deleted what you said. Smooth, Ron. Real smooth.
