  1. Voting for dillkid is pointless

Why? I know you can't dish out a prize to him, but that's a new thing anyway. He was here for enough of the year constantly ignoring the good advice given to him.

He's been here under the name ThePhenom for ages now. Unless he's been sent packing?. If you weren't sure just by the way he talks, you can tell by how anyone who calls him on it gets ignored. If it wasn't Dill, they'd disagree and ask wtf was happening.

  2. Anyone watching Britain's Fattest Man? Laughing at fat people never gets old - until you find it costs 100 grand a year to care for this porky bastard. He looks like that thing from the end of Akira.

It annoys me every time the advert for it comes on and tells us how much he's costing to keep alive. He looks like he's one more sausage roll from bursting, just let him get on with it.

  3. I promised Pat I'd do a review of this today but I've been super busy. I'm afraid I'll have to skip my own nomination this time around, if only to allow it to move on.

    Sorry chaps.

Quickly though, I love the graphics and sound in this game. It might not be everyone's cup of tea (even I don't think it's amazing) but there's a reason it crops up on "best of Sega" stuff.

  4. I have an earlier model iPod touch which I don't think can get apps. I'm gutted as fuck me, Broken Sword is one of my favourite games ever. I was obsessed with it.

I'm not sure which Broken Sword it is, as it's just called "Director's Cut". It's the one with Nico in France, with the dead bloke laying on the floor. It's good from what I've played of it.

  5. Ok, someone on here will be able to help me here.

I once had The Sims 3 on disc, a legit copy and such. However, I traded it in when I needed some quick cash earlier this year. Lately i've been dying for a game of it, but it's still on my pc all installed and stuff, I just don't have a disc. I don't fancy paying the full price for a game i've already had, so if I was to download an iso of it, could I just mount that iso without having to go through the bollocks of a fresh install and such?. I'm not asking for actual links or anything like that though.

Would it simply be a matter of download, mount, play old files?

Sims 3 still utilises the Securom disk check. Unfortunately Alcohol, Daemon and the other virtual tools cannot bypass it [even though Daemon has an emulator, it's stupidly outdated]. you'll need to download a No-DVD crack from http://www.gamecopyworld.com I use the site all the time to skip CD/DVD changes, except where I utilise the online modes. Just make sure your game is patched to the latest version and a No-DVD crack should be available for that version. You shouldn't even need to download the iso if the install is already there.

Cheers. Someone on here already linked me to the exact same place. I won't ask about the legality of it all (I assume since I actually bought the original though that it's perfectly fine) but it seems to be all working.
