To be honest, I’m not actually sure who the decent commentators are anymore.

Alex is not doing commentary, she's basically doing what Alan McInally has done on the games, the goal updates from other games on Season mode. Robson does the World Feed games for the PL, Europe and England, he'll be doing what Lee Dixon done, the co comms role

The football tournaments are already throwing up a few surprises, the US women's team lost to Sweden yesterday having gone 44 games unbeaten previously while in this morning's men's games Spain, containing a few of the squad that got to the Euros semis, drew with Egypt, France got thumped by Mexico and Argentina got beat by Australia

Man the pop is going to be next level when Hangman takes Kenny's head off with the Buckshot to finally win the title, I'm presuming the DO team is going to be Stu and Uno that will challenge the Bucks if and when they win the 10 man tag. Question is do you do the 10 man as the All Out main event and have the title match for the big Dynamite at Flushing Meadows or do it as a Dynamite main event in the next couple of weeks and have the title match in Chicago?

It's cheap by import standards, Kingdom of Sweets and online places like A Taste of The States charge £7.99 for something that is the thickness of the £1 British bars, they also charge £1.29 for the 'standard' bars that are a bit thicker than your 60p bars (if they are going out of date they drop the price down to 40p, its how I got to try the Aussie Marble bar)

Highlights for me were seeing a lot of WWE talents getting regular TV time that maybe wouldn't have done pre pandemic because of restrictions and AEW giving TV/Web time to indie talents who, in some cases, went on to sign full deals

The negatives were PPVs and TV having no atmosphere, from early shows like last year's Mania playing out in an empty Performance Centre to every Thunderdome show, something AEW realised was missing and began integrating from the talent sitting ringside to gradually allowing fans into Daily's Place

Loved how the crowd referenced Callis' firing on Impact, even if Tony, JR and Excalibur didn't on commentary. Speaking of the latter, they've brought up constantly how he's mates with the Bucks, I wonder if we ever get to a point where the Bucks go ultra dick mode trying to intimidate Tony and JR and he stands up for them ala Lawler v Taz over JR or Taz v Austin over Cole?

Loki episode 5 I really enjoyed, mainly for 3 things. Alligator Loki, Richard E Grant and Mike Flowers Pops. I hope they stick the season Finale next week.

Then I just saw Black Widow. Really enjoyable spy caper. Like The Winter Soldier mixed with Mission Impossible. Scarlett Johansson was great as usual but Florance Pugh was a great addition and both Rachel Weisz and David Harbour were great in there turns. Plus we got Ray Winstone to boot. Some good humour at times and some great fight scenes. Wasn’t expecting much but really enjoyed it. There is an end credit scene as well.

 

Seems to be mixed reviews for Widow, I’ve gotta wait a week longer to go see it (no chance I’m paying Disney £30 on top of my £6 D+ sub just for one film) as I’ve got my niece’s birthday party on Saturday. Hoping I can do a double feature of that and Space Jam, how long roughly does the film run?

So glad the final is on both channels, give me Guy Mowbray over Matterface any day, even if Jermaine Jenas makes Lee Dixon sound interesting

 Messi hasn't actually re-signed, they're that fucked financially that they aren't just trying to kick out the likes of Coutinho, Umtiti and Pjanic, they may also have to shift a big hitter like Griezemann. As great a player he is, Messi doesn't half hold that club to ransom

So apparently WWE are pausing production on their documentaries mean announced stuff like the Lex Luger Icons one that was due out today, the Untold episode on Nexus that was supposed to air last month and the Vladimir Superfan one won’t see air at present 

I was due to have been going to a villa in Lanzerote with my family in one month's time but we made the decision a couple of weeks back to postpone it and thanks to my cousin's amazing negotiating, we got the booking pushed to August 2023. My mum felt it was too much a risk, especially as 2 of my nieces and my youngest nephew are aged 2 and under, this way when we do go the kids will all be 2 years older (the oldest nearly 12, then 7, 4, 3 and 2 as opposed to nearly 10, 5, 2, 1 and 5 months now)

The win was great but it will ultimately mean nothing if we don't beat a Ukraine side who've just gone 120 minutes, it also looks like no England fans will be in Rome on Saturday because of travel restrictions which is disappointing
