Does anyone know whether Night 1 will be available to stream the day after? I’m worried that I will have to wait a week to watch like the usual NXT TV show unless I watch live.Â
It’s airing live on the Network as it’s a special not a regular week NXT so it’ll be treated as such and be on demand

Having fans back is great but WWE fans will make less noise live than the Thunderdome. Especially at a low capacity. It’s going to be a very dead crowd.
Nah I think this will be a loud one, outside of the few locals that go to NXT, there hasn’t been fans at WWE events in over a year, they’ll cheer/boo loudly for anything this weekend

Had a belter of a curry feast last night from a local-ish curry house takeaway, a mixed chicken and lamb Rogan Josh, keema pilau, keema naan, 2 onion bhajis, a meat samosa and a portion of six chicken pakoras. Saved half the rice, a couple of spoonfuls of curry, half the naan and 2 pakoras as a late night snack as well

Bumping this because the second season of the Creepshow spin off series began on Shudder yesterday (I stumbled across it by chance on Vumoo) with a fun pair of stories. The first one was about a kid obsessed with horror movies, mostly Universal Monster movies, as a release to help cope with his mum's illness who gets revenge on his abusive uncle after being put into his care when she passes while the second is a fantastic homage/accompaniment to the Evil Dead franchise when a local TV antique hunter unlocks and reads the Necronomicon Ex Mortis, brought to his attention as a family heirloom by Ted Raimi aka Sam's brother, and unleashes the DeaditesÂ

Takeover Night 1 is airing simultaneously on USA/BT and Peacock/Network on Wednesday, with the latter airing commercial free

They've had two years to come up with a name for Roode/Ziggler and the best they could do was Dirty Dawgs?!
They still haven’t been officially announced as such, despite wearing merch with that name on for nearly a year, you can’t even buy them on WWE Shop

Thats the rumour doing the rounds from that Wrestlevotes account, no pre show matches next Saturday so that whatever goes on first gets a monster pop

Been announced tonight that next week's go home show will be a Wrestlemania appetizer featuring the Andre Battle Royal and a 4 way for the Smackdown Tag Titles between the Dirty Dawgz, Street Profits, Los Mysterios and Alpha Academy plus interviews with Reigns, Edge and Bryan
-
Pete Dunne vs Kushida on Night 1 and Shotzi/Ember vs Candace/Indi for the Woman’s Tag Titles on Night 2 added to the Takeover card following last night’s show making for 5 matches each night

Hide contentsAccording to Brie's Instagram story the Bella Twins have been inducted at the taping tonight.Â

Yes, they were part of the 2020 class

Another Mania stat, the now announced Cage match between Shane and Braun will be just the second in Mania history, the other being Hogan/Bundy at WM2

Shocking news, the last text he sent RD (that was posted on RD's Facebook was heartbreaking, almost like Blade was saying goodbye

I don't know enough about the severity of their injuries to comment on that. However, this is the first ever AEW house show and sets the tone for what they do in that respect going forward. If people are disappointed because it doesn't feature the key wrestlers, that's damaging.Â
Plus, to be fair, your initial post doesn't exactly read as if you were saying: "Oh no! I'm concerned about Cody and his injury!"
Â
Â
Yeah on reflection my post didn’t come off well, it’s just I thought they’d use it to give more of the undercard talent a spotlight that’s all

Yeah, I can’t believe they are running Wrestlemania this year with Daniel Bryan, Edge and Roman Reigns main eventing when Akira Tozawa, Tucker and Jaxson Ryker are availableÂ
Not exactly the same thing is it? But considering both Cody and Matt Jackson have been working through injuries, do they really need to be exerting themselves for a non televised show?

I had my second jab yesterday, with only a 5 week gap, whereas last time I woke up feeling like I'd been smashed about by Braun Strowman the day after the jab, this time I had a very light headache around lunchtime which faded off as soon as I took 2 paracetamolÂ

Did you not expect any of the VP’s to perform?
Honestly yeah, there's enough talent to run a decent card without them
-
Predictably the first match they've announced for the house show, on the night before Mania, features Cody Rhodes as he faces Ethan Page

Funniest thing about reading Daniel Bryan "backlash" from certain sections of the WWE fanbase is that they think Roman Reigns vs Edge is a dream match.Â
Â
I would genuinely love to know their reasoning for it being a dream match, only thing I can think of is them both using the spear as a finisher

The free version of the Network has put a Wrestlemania block in, with a catch. The first 6 Manias, 9, 11 and 24 through to last year are all free to watch but 7,8,10 and 12-23 are all locked
-
Just watched the latest WWE Playlist on YouTube which was about that very night and it hit me with a mad Mandela effect. I'd been convinced for 20 years that the simulcast segment with Vince and Shane was the last segment on BOTH shows when in actuality the main event of Raw that night was Austin and Rock vs Taker and Kane with a run in by Triple H and the simulcast was effectively the last ever segment on Nitro

I once got my bingo club timed out from a multi club network game because I’d tried to squeeze an extra game on the electronics only for it to overrun without a winner. I asked to be taken off calling for the rest of the night out of embarrassmentÂ

But are they leaving a space open to have a final chance ladder match in the final week?
Next week is the final week, essentially whoever the first two eliminated out of the final 6 in the battle royal start the gauntlet match at Takeover, whoever wins is the last man in

Drew had it, and they threw him back in there as quick as possible against Goldberg.
They had that match built up though, they’d done no such with Charlotte other than her hinting at it hence why they called Rhea up early as a back up

The less time they have to ruin matches with shitty "stories", the better. Asuka vs Rhea is the most interesting match on the card for me as well. It's a pairing these idiots would never have considered if they didn't fall arse backwards into it out of necessity. Just watch them add Charlotte.
Don’t see Charlotte featuring anywhere on the card in all honesty if she’s had COVID

Peacock is a streaming service run by the NBC network in the US, they bought the rights to 'host' WWE Network on the platform over there as an addon similar to Star and Hulu on Disney Plus (depending where you are in the world) or the various addons on Amazon Prime (without the extra cost)
