I often find that Impact spoilers can sound pretty horrid but usually play out better on TV. We shall see.

Borash has been added to the announce team (I guess the idea is eventually bin the other two), arena looks good.

J.B deserves the gig tbh, I have no issues at all with that.

Remember tonights show is the last of the taped stuff. Next week will be the interesting one.

I mean the show that's being taped right now.

Its almost criminal that tonight isn't a live show. Haven't seen this much interest in TNA for a quite a while.

Worst news of all is that Matthews and the Pope are commentating.

As I understand it Pentagon, Fenix and Rey Mysterio are now available as their LU contracts have expired. I think they are all working Konnan's promotion which now is linked to Impact. They would be some talent injection somewhere down the line....

Mysterio's star has fallen pretty dramatically over recent years, but a name such as his on the show could still draw in a few casuals. 

At least partially owned by Europe's division of Viacom, who also own the U.S Spike TV....

Conrad Thomson's been especially nauseating trying to shit on TNA in recent episodes too.

I've never liked Jeff Hardy, even when he was one of the WWE's top acts. Ironically, I've only started to find him interesting when riding the coat tails of his brother during this broken run. 

I'd be skeptical given Vince's fondness of acts developed outside of WWE. Would consider it more likely they returned like it was 2001 all over again.

PWInsider have proven to be pretty bang on when it comes to TNA recently. Sounds legit to me.

Galloway has left TNA....he's the "Grand Champion" at the moment. He chose to leave when TNA failed to get in touch for two weeks regarding a potential deal. No idea if he dropped the belt recently, but it'd be a good excuse to bin that belt/gimmick if not.

Didn't Anthem get pissed off with Galloway after he started banging on how much he wanted to go back to WWE?

I'm not really arsed about him leaving, Matt Hardy would be a much bigger loss. Jarrett doesn't seem to be that bothered about splashing out on bigger names though, and is a bit obsessed with finding the next big stars. That's all well and good but you still need some name value on the marquee, especially if they're going to start touring again.

Thought Schiavone's podcast this week on the first Clash of the Champions was the best thus far. Can't decide if its him getting into his stride a bit more, better material to work with (he seemed to remember much more), or a combination of both.

That was a terrible squash match.

"A Spike TV official has been backstage at more than one Impact Wrestling taping. They have been described as friendly visits. Obviously, Impact is looking at TV deals outside of the United States but they also need to secure their United States TV deal for 2018. The current deal with Pop TV is a barter deal so, unless Pop is willing to start paying money to keep Impact Wrestling, I think they will probably land on another network next year.

Worth a read to be fair. Sounds like an ITV4 deal may be wide of the mark though, with BT Sport being the suggestion. Nowhere near as good but better than fuck all.

The Observer also says they're trying to re-sign Magnus. No real surprise as he followed JJ to GFW.

They really need to tour India before they get so pissed off that the TV deal is pulled. Its Impact's main income stream these days isn't it?

Bit the bullet and subscribed to the app. Only a fiver a month and I've already watched one of my favourite PPV's this decade (Slammiversary 2012). Not sure there'll be enough on there to keep me on there indefinately though, especially if they get a TV outlet for Impact.

I have a soft spot for Wrestlemania 9 as it's still one of the best looking Wrestlemanias even now, a real spectacle.

I remember being a bit disappointed watching Wrestling Challenge the week after WM9 as I'd got it into my mind that all the shows would be filmed outside from then on in. God knows why.

Might open the door for some WOS wrestlers to get a spot on the Impact roster ala Grado?

This may be a total coincidence (its not) but there seems to be some good ideas being mooted now, compared to the last few years of Dixie's reign. She'd have probably sent out an email calling ITV 4's head of programming a cunt by now.

Certain ones anyway.....
