He sent all the Japs back home and fired the women's champion around this period didnt he? Vince's potatoes all over the ring comment circa 02:48 makes me smile. Certainly was a match in contrast with all his other broadcasts at the time.

It's from a dark match in 2001, they must have used the Raw replay graphics for when JR and the likes were watching the match to see if he was ready to be called up to the main roster.
