Tito was meant to come over the year Covid struck and I think for a number of years he might have been a bit twitchy about the travel. But yeah Monopoly have been trying to get him over for a while. Oh and Nikki Cross has been announced tonight as a mother convention guest. In other announcement news, Inside The Ropes will be bringing The Godfather over for An Evening With event in Glasgow on August 10th. Quote
Paid Members Statto Posted June 25 Paid Members Posted June 25 Until he retired a couple of years ago (aged 70) Tito was working as a school teacher, which would probably have something to do with it in terms of availability. And generally enjoying life a quiet life out of the spotlight by all accounts - a book I read recently referred to wrestlers aiming for "the Tito life", i.e. do a good stint in the biz, come out relatively unscathed physically and mentally, and enjoy a quiet family life after. Now he's retired from the day job, a paid vacation to the UK probably sounds more appealing. Quote
