Today I hacked up a few large orange blobs of phlegm through the morning and then in the afternoon brought up this gnarly rubbery chunk of skin looking thing. Like a skin casing. Looked it up and it’s called a Nasal Cast, where basically chunks of infection and gunk form a cast of your nasal cavity and then you bring it up. If you’ve ever watched a cyst video where they’ve squeezed everything out and they’re showing just the sac, it was basically that but the size of your thumb nail. Just thought you’d all want to know.
