Really annoying when the fans get messed about! really harms the industry more than anything.  I always get my licences as soon as I book the venue , I always tell the venue that I want it but ask them to give me 2 weeks to get the licence granted. I got the licence done for September show in April - over the top maybe but I learnt a very hard lesson on my first show and now it is the very first thing I sort out.  I really hope this does not put anyone of going to see Preston City Wrestling as I guarentee Fludder will have this sorted ! Â Some venues have wrestling / boxing on their license, if they don't then it is down to the promoter to arrange one. This system is a lot easier and faster than the old system, it has been this way for at least the last 3 years. There is NO EXCUSE for a promoter to not check a license is in place in time. Â I can confirm that Shannon Hedges IS Mel, as I had Mel on my facebook and her profile changed to Shannon Hedges about 2 months ago. Â I'd also like to say to Mel, that you shouldn't agree to a deal on someone to design posters etc then just stop communication with me? The poster you ended up with is AWFUL! They were going to take the booking of this very show until it got announced it was cancelled they also take bookings at other shitarse companies like ptw so how exactly are they stamping out the shitarses??
