Snitsky's back acne
'There are rumors going around that it will be announced tomorrow morning of a new WWE signing. It is not a major name star as far as someone a lot of people would know, but it's fairly significant for a number of reasons.' Â Cryptic. Fairly significant for a number of reasons? Hmmmm. Any guesses? Â America is still in the A.M at the mo so, if true, we should be hearing more about this shortly.
cobystag
http://ukff.com/index.php?showtopic=124578...p;#entry2378640 Â Also mentioned in that thread that the rumour is it's Averno who was a regular opponent of Mistico/Sin Cara in Mexico.

Paid Members FLips Posted May 29, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted May 29, 2011 Why would he be significant though? Just because he's wrestled Sin Cara before?
Big Rob
Significant because he'd probably be rushed onto TV to fued with Sin Cara to have some good matches whilst they both learn how to work US/WWE style on house shows. Which is somewhat different to most new signings.
Vito
Funny, if true. Why not just send Sin Cara to development? He obviously needs it if the company are having to employ people just to work with him.

He obviously needs it if the company are having to employ people just to work with him. Well, they've kind of made their bed now. He's no great shakes in the ring when it comes to WWE style yet, but he's over and is seemingly shifting merch already. Taking him off TV and not capitalising on his current popularity could damage him when he returned later.

Reznor
Looks like it's definitely Averno. Â Averno is the shit, but it's a strange move because you can't have the same match every week, it's unclear if there are any plans for him over and above easing Sin Cara in, and if/when he does go back to Mexico, he'll be maskless so it might not be as easy to just fit right back into his old spot with Mephisto. Â Like Sin Cara, it's interesting, but it's a shame in a way, i've been a big fan since his Rencor Latino days back when i first saw him in '99. Paid Members JNLister Posted May 29, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted May 29, 2011 If they were really cunning, they'd have Sin Cara vow to defeat any masked man, then have him beat Averno under a different gimmick every week.

Or, just not sign Averno (although it sounds like they have done), and bring in a different luchador each week that Sin Cara has worked well with for one shots. I'm actually surprised they haven't put him against Regal yet.

It would be pretty cool if it were like the WCW cruiserweights where they brought in complete unknowns for a week or two and even threw them on PPV in some cases. Â Maybe they do have a plan for Averno in the grand scheme of things because he is really good, and if it was just for the sake of facing Sin Cara for a month or two, then surely bringing up Alex Koslov, the other Mystico, or his tag partner in FCW would suffice? Couldn't they have just used Koslov or what ever the hell there calling him now. Â This really has been one motherfuckingcunt of a weekend. Might stay in tonight, probably be stabbed as soon as i step out the door.
