HeavyT Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 sorry if this was mentioned in the Mania thread, theres a lot of pages... Â "ORIGINAL: Kurt Angle is not a fan of WWE right now. Angle took to his Twitter last night, and has some things to say about WWE wrestlers "using his moves"
PepperPlunge Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I imagine Lou Thesz used the Lou Thesz press too, right? I hate Orton's one. He doesn't follow through with it - his back's still upright during it. Â Angle's a goon for that.
Paid Members DJ Kris Posted April 4, 2011 Paid Members Posted April 4, 2011 Funnily enough we were talking about people using other's finishers or spots and I basically said it would be really disrespectful to use someone else signature moves on the same show and it would be seen as a big deal. I hardly think that applies to Kurt Angle though. Is this really any different to Bret Hart using the Sharpshooter and Sting using the Scorpion Deathlock?
PepperPlunge Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Orton does the Angle Slam badly too. It doesn't seem to get much reaction either. Don't know why he's doing it. It doesn't seem to fit well with his moveset. His clotheslines are often dodgy too - it's like he's trying to bump into him with his pec rather than whack them with his arm.
spurs 4 life Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Hogan put on facebook that he couldn't believe that everyone was sittting down or something.

That's how you're supposed to hit clotheslines, technique-wise. Use just your arm and you'll injure it, and possibly risk crushing the other guy's throat.
BiffingtonClyro Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Hogan put on facebook that he couldn't believe that everyone was sittting down or something. Â He said something along the lines of " thank god Cena is coming out, now people will actually stand up and cheer " . The huckster really is a fucking plamph. "look here comes Jeff Hardy off his tits, now the party is about to start, literally"

"look here comes Jeff Hardy off his tits, now the party is about to start, literally" What's that got to do with anything? He's referencing the shit crowd reaction throughout the night. Thats why he said something about hoping the crowd stand up now Cena arrived. Â He seemed to like the HHH match: much respect for HHH,great busisnesszman, great psychology, great timing. they stole the show HH
PepperPlunge Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 You swing your arm as if you're punching an invisible head next to the guy's head. Make sure the arm isn't bent at the elbow joint in a kind of V shape and hit them round the chest. Orton's seems to just run and bump into them pretty much.

Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted April 4, 2011 Paid Members Posted April 4, 2011 Or he could have been saying the crowd was dead and now the biggest star in the promotions arrived, it might pick up abit. That isnt a out there statement. The crowd was shit, watching it. They were dead for most of the night. Dont see what that has to do with Jeff Hardy either.

Hogan has no right to criticise the WWE, when his tin pot organisation sends a fucking guy whizzing his tits off out for a main event on a PPV! That's my point.

Yes, but you use your shoulder/pec against the guy's own shoulder/pec to cushion the impact of a human chest smashing into your outstretched arm. Maybe he uses it too much, but that's what you're supposed to do.
