Brad earned bookings for promotions all across the country, including SAS Wrestling, All Star GNP/NBW and his own NWL. Brad continues to be active, appearing for Yorkshire's UWE, Worcestershire's LAW, HCW, UWA and others. He is also a regular feature on shows aimed at the "specialist interest" market, appearing in DVDs and nightclub, erm, "fetish" events. Brad appears to have massive heat throughout the industry in this country, and so stories about him came flooding in with the nominations..... Â Brad has often been described as a "frankenstein" wrestler, stealing the best nicknames, music, taunts, mannerisma and moves he fancies from other UK wrestlers. As a result, several are said to have HUGE heat with him. At an All Star event, former UK Gladiator Goliath/Smackdown Warrior (Barri Griffiths, now Mason Ryan, WWE developmental champion) chewed him out and called him a "fucking cunt" in front of the entire locker room. Later, Brad would claim that ASW promoter Brian Dixon personally called him later that night to apologise for the incident, to say that he'd fired Goliath, and to beg Brad to come back to the promotion. Of course, none of the story was true. Apart from the part of the story where Brad got called a "fucking cunt". Â Brad may be remembered for appearing in a short documentary piece which aired on television, in which he intentionally told a number of outrageous whoppers which over-stated his role and importance in British wrestling, including announcing that he was on the way to WWE. Still waiting for that one to happen. He hasn't been without his exposure, though. Keen eyed passers by may have spotted Brad Flash's image being proudly beemed onto the outside of a central London nightclub which was hosting a GrappleGays event. Indeed, at one such event, he even allegedly approached the promoter and informed him that he would be willing to wrestle naked. At what price comes this sacrifice? So, Mikey gets on the train and makes the journey only to be told there was no match for him when he got there. There was a rumble in the 2nd half, so Brad tells him that he'll get him in there instead. Nope. So, having paid for the journey out of his own pocket for nothing based on Brad's promises, Mikey has to go home again. To make things worse, poor Riot was apparently mugged on the walk back to the station.... Â Even amidst all the shitarsery, Brad should be exempt from this list for this quote alone.
