I havenât enjoyed a Marvel film for ages but GOTG 3 was good fun. No multiverse / time travel / variant bollocks, just a fun adventure film that had a few laughs, hits you in the feels occasionally and zipped along nicely.Â

St Anger is pretty average but âThe Unknown Feelingâ song from that album was one of my Metallica favouritesÂ
Iâve not listened to the new album yet, looking forward to giving it a spinÂ

Power Rangers The Movie 1995
I saw something Power Rangers related on Netflix and my childhood came flooding back to me, so had to give this a spin again for the first time in over 20 years. Iâm saying this with my heart full of nostalgia and wearing my thick rose tinted glasses but this was pretty good fun! A solid 3 Ivan Oozes out of 5.Â
As a kid we had the VHS of this, Matilda and Drop Dead Fred on heavy rotation. My Dad wasnât a fan of the other two but didnât mind Power Rangers. Now Iâm his age when we were watching it back then I can see the appeal

My wife was out walking the dog and said she felt a very strong vibration. She was thrilled and welcomes any future natural disastersÂ

Yeah I heard about that too, I'd imagine being able to say Onita battered you with an exploding bat would be worth it for some*.

Maybe it's the Englishness in me, but I just don't understand how you can be so brazen that you can play music (and such shit music) knowing full well everyone around you can hear it. I live in a semi detached in a cul de sac so I'd say that about 30 houses can hear this.
You must know it annoys others. Its a kind of selfishness that I almost admire as it's so blatant.
Unless you live in a detached house on land, if you want to listen to loud music, put your fucking headphones on.
Â
My neighbour does this all the time to the point I pray for rain every weekend just to have a bit of peace. Whatâs worse is they put Alexa in their garden and play Heart radio full blast. They are so dull they donât even have playlists or listen to albums or anything. So I feel your pain today, it sucks.Â

I love that D-Mal is watching a CONCACAF Womens Under 20 Championship qualifying match! There was me thinking watching Liga MX was a bit out thereÂ

When you get back from picking a takeaway up, dish everything out, the family are all sat in the lounge with their food, the film / tv show youâve been looking forward to all week starts, you go to take your first bite and⌠one of your kids sits on the remote, changes channel, causing a complete panic of 1) whereâs the remote gone and 2) getting things back how they were before you tuck in to your kebab wrap

Answer the Butlin's question mate
Whoops sorry, no Iâm not that mental to go to Butlins just for the breakfast. We had a Goldilocks and the three bears show to go to at 10, itâs a wild ride here
And @FelatioLips firstly I want to say how much I loved your post! And secondly I want to say unfortunately youâre more a Johnny English then Hercule Poirot and have not cracked the case!

I missed this thread first time round during my year off the âkeff. I had cancer of the ol balls back in 2013. You want to look out for a lump on your teste that feels a bit like a pea.
If you feel anything like that get to the doctor asap. My doctor couldnât feel it first time round so I had to push for a scan as I knew something wasnât right.
Had the scan on a Tuesday and was in the operating theatre on Thursday having the ball removed. Then one big flush of carboplatin chemotherapy which was absolutely brutal. I was ill for days, and just having a blanket on my skin was painful.
Five years of checks and then given the all clear in 2018. Had my 30th birthday, got engaged, all clear from cancer and England World Cup semi final all in the same week!
If anyone wants to talk about any of this or has any questions or anything please feel free to message me!Â
ÂEDIT the one upside is riding a bike is a bit easier now đ

No idea about that but if your dial up is fast enough they do have a free streaming service called TPTV Encore which has a lot of their films and TV shows
