Easily the worse thing about that video is the alignment of the TV at the end of the bed. Even if itās a single persons bed who wants it off centre?
The TV on the radiator was more unsettling for me

Well done to Everything Everywhere All At Once, what a great result for everyone involved last night! So pleased that Michelle Yeoh won best actress
I heard Nick Ferrari talking to a film critic about it earlier, poor Nickās massive head was spinning āA woman working in a laundrette? In different time zones? Not for meā

I may have deleted you. But re-adding someone counts for the quest.Ā 8496 7127 4955
Thanks - Iāve just added you

Jazzy has added me and so has squatswithducks (great name). But the bloody quest didnāt pop so perhaps Iāve got to add someone rather than the other way round. So Iām after codes now too!

Did you see Helwaniās takedown of Paddy Pimblett and Dana White? Helwani goes in hard and brings all the receipts in a fat envelope, donāt mess with himĀ

There were 20 wrestlers at Elimination Chamber and the average age was just under 37. Itās an interesting point to think about what effect this might all have long term - you forget that the numbers creep up (Lashley is 46!). There were only three wrestlers under 30 at the PPV

Is there any way of watching AAA in the UK?

Iāve definitely seen that and Iāve not watched any ECW TV, so itās possibly on that Rise and Fall of ECW documentary they did (which was fantastic btw)

IGN reviews are the worst (Gameranx Before You Buy series is much better) but I watched that one and the tweet is a bit unfair to be honest.Ā
Iām looking forward to the game but keeping expectations pretty low! -
Finally finished the show. Enjoyed it overall!
Rumble was ok and I loved Gunther. Shame there wasnāt really any surprises or anything a bit different (Elias quickly being eliminated, running to the back for a quick shave and coming back out as Ezekiel was right there!) but ah well!Ā
I echo the love for the main event! Everyone at their absolute peak.Ā
To cut a long story short my Step Mum is living with us at the moment and she was downstairs when watching the Womens Rumble and main event. Itās funny, she knows they canāt really be hurting each other badly but I think she does believe quite a bit of it. She was so pissed off that everyone ganged up on Nia Jax and was legit on the edge of her seat at the end (āshe canāt see!!!!!ā). It was quite cool to see someone like that over something we all know the ins and outs of. I imagine itās a bit like how the old biddys saw the WOS stuff back in the 70s
During the stairs spot in the main event she almost screamed and I went full on JR with āthis aināt ballet Grandma!ā. And during the beat down she said āIs this live? Someone should call the police!!ā. So it added another sweet layer to watching a fairly decent showĀ

Wow thank you so much for all your kind words I canāt believe it! It really has cheered me up! He would be so chuffed that you remembered his farming exploits (especially crashing a tractor in to the lake š).
I had lots of phone calls like that. The last one was after he had been a bit poorly and not played it for a month or so. He wanted to play but couldnāt find the disc. My step Mum had been turning the house upside down looking for it but it had disappeared. He phoned me up asking if I had borrowed it as they couldnāt find it anywhereā¦. at that point I reminded him that he had downloaded it from the store rather then buy the disc.
Seeing all your lovely messages made me go through my texts with him again - thereās a couple below, Iām not sure if I posted them here or not. He really was a wonderful man who just enjoyed the simple things in life.
Thank you again for your words, it means the world to me. Iāve told my Step Mum that some of my āfriends on the internetā enjoyed listening to stories about Dads farming and that got her reminiscing more too. So I had a really nice chat with her last night which was prompted by you guys too.Ā
āThatās me sortedā. Bless him ā¤ļø

I miss his dad's Farming Simulator updates.
Hi there! Just seen this notification - I havenāt logged in for a long time.
Iām really sorry to say the Farming Dad passed away last year after a short illness (he had just bought a PS4 Pro as well which he only switched on once!). He was only 62 and the family are all completely devastated. Iām going to play through all the FS games now in his memory
It really made me smile that you remembered him, he would have loved that too! If you want to see his stats (although Iām not sure it will be public tbh) his username was Foden-S21Ā
I hope you and your families are all well. Looks like Iāve got a lot of UKFF to catch up on, have I missed much? Ā

It was ok. But does anyone else feel its diminishing returns every time a Marvel film comes out now?Ā
I imagine that if you love the comics and know about all the different characters etc films like will be an absolute wet dream. But to us who have no idea about anything other than whats happening in the film, or has happened in previous films, I think the future is looking a bit grim.
I got completely swept up in the Infinity Saga and loved it, but now everything is getting out of hand. For 20 odd films we were introduced to a variety of characters all with their own battles but with Thanos looming over the whole thing. There was a direction and a culmination to look forward to. But now I don't see where its heading and more importantly I don't really care anymore. We've got multiple universes, variants, witchcraft, timey wimey stuff - its just getting a bit too mad and unenjoyable for me.Ā
Spoiler
The way they have to "pop the boys" every film drives me mad too. They teased Charles Xavier in the trailer and he pops up - great! Then they introduce the Fantastic 4 Dad - wahoo! But that whole section was completely pointless! They are all killed off but no problem, they will be back in a different universe! Urgh
Bruce Dickinson helps Mr Bean on the campaign trail and then Angus Deayton blows his brains out in front of Postman Pat. The 90s were great

I missed this thread first time round during my year off the ākeff. I had cancer of the ol balls back in 2013. You want to look out for a lump on your teste that feels a bit like a pea.
If you feel anything like that get to the doctor asap. My doctor couldnāt feel it first time round so I had to push for a scan as I knew something wasnāt right.
Had the scan on a Tuesday and was in the operating theatre on Thursday having the ball removed. Then one big flush of carboplatin chemotherapy which was absolutely brutal. I was ill for days, and just having a blanket on my skin was painful.
Five years of checks and then given the all clear in 2018. Had my 30th birthday, got engaged, all clear from cancer and England World Cup semi final all in the same week!
If anyone wants to talk about any of this or has any questions or anything please feel free to message me!Ā
