I remember being at that Semi Final at Old Trafford back in 2001, absolutely dominated the game but went behind from Doherty scoring. Sol coming off for treatment as we got back on level terms from a Vieira header and Pires winning it in the second half for us after Sullivan saving almost everything we threw at him. Funny enough Campbell's last appearance for them before signing for us on a free, great memories, might be the right time to get the DVDs out.

Savannah Marshall is the one that won't go away and it should happen sometime down the line as Shields needs to avenge her loss in the amateurs to Marshall, it still eats her up alive inside. I'm more then up for that fight too, I think it be really good.

It shows how out of the loop i am as I assumed when Khabib retired he vacated the belt lol. So not only has he hasn't done that, the UFC won't strip him in the hope he comes back at some point, which in turn stops anyone else becoming champion and earning extra money.
-
Not sure why anyone should be handed the belt and how come Khabid is still champ if he is retired?

I would crack up if the YouTuber messed up a MMA fighter in a boxing fight and knocked him out, it would be fantastic.
Is this Paul guy the one who knocked out ex Basketball pro Nate Robinson?

Royal Rumble 1997 wasn't shown live in the UK. I remember having to watch it the way SuperBacon did on the following Tuesday on replay. and it was the same for Survivor Series 1996. I got Sky TV at home in August 1996 after Summerslam 1996(which I went to one of my uncle's house to watch live at midnight) Big trip down memory lane here as I remember the adverts on Raw is War in lead up to Wrestlemania 13 and it was supposed to be shown on delay here until one Friday it suddenly appeared that it was going to be shown live on Sky Sports and then came with it were the In Your House shows being shown live too on same platform and that a big deal had been signed.
I usually skim through wrestling now but do check out parts of each weekly show and catch up on the PPV's the following day unless it's Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania which I will try to stay up for through the night if possible. The Rumble match itself I usually enjoy and try to go through the previous ones over the years before the new one is on. I watched the Royal Rumble Match from 1992 a few days ago and now about to watch the Royal Rumble Match 1993.

It's a great main event and good to see both fighters put it all on the line. I got Usman via decision.

It's safe to say there was a problem with Loma's shoulder in the fight, but if that serious, then he should have pulled out and had it rescheduled. There was no rematch clause in the contract and I don't see Lopez wanting to go there again unless for ridiculous money. I only watched the fight once when live and I thought Lopez won it. He is coming across as bitter but I think he is doing what he thinks needs to happen to goad Lopez into the rematch, I'd be all up for seeing it a second time.

Canelo vs GGG 3 is what I want. Unfinished business there.
-
Canelo is going to pound that body. Canelo to win on points.

I want to see Fury attempt to walk Joshua down like he did in the second fight against Wilder. I'm not sure with the size of Joshua he can do it or would even try to go down that route. I've always felt like Joshua would get to Fury and stop him at some point, but thats the beauty of the heavyweight division right now, different styles mash up well and hopefully we can get a lot of good fights from it, even if means someone losing to one guy and going on to beat another, whilst he loses to someone else.
-
I thought Joshua looked good, Pulev done well to continue after the beating he took in the third round, Joshua took few rounds off it seemed, but those uppercut he was throwing were menacing and good way for him to finish it off.
I get the feeling I'm the only one hoping to see Joshua vs Usyk and Fury vs Wilder 3 next.
-
He's trying to act like he can do damage, but come fight night, he will be getting smashed. I expect to see Joshua come out, put it on Pulev and finish the job inside seven rounds.
-
Spence Jr looked good, all things considered. I do want to see Spence Jr vs Crawford too, but if Pacquiao gets in there first, beats one of them and then the other, that would be amazing.
-
If Tyson can make the money he is making in exhibition fights, it needs to stay that way. The problem with this is people start getting ideas about putting him in there with the best in current heavyweight division. He would get messed up by all of them and if it was Wilder or Joshua across the ring from him, we going to a whole other level of what may end up happening to Tyson health wise.

think theres a chance the winner moves into the mandatory position with the WBO.
Dubois is right there already behind Usyk in the number 2 position, so if Joshua ends up vacating, it should be Usyk vs the winner of this fight for the vacant title. Well in theory it should be, but never know for sure with some of these organisations.
-
I've been going back and forth since this fight was first announced about who will win and decieded I'm going with Joyce by stoppage. I think he will weather a big early storm from Dubois, come back, take over in second half of the fight and get the job done between rounds 8-10. I can't wait for this, one not to be missed.

Thoughts and prayers go to Diego Maradona's family and friends. Best football player i ever seen in my life, unbelievable. Sad day . RIP!!!

The Overeem that battered Lesnar in 2011 was scary, I remember watching that fight the next day before going out for new years eve, he was vicous. Was it the same year when he was going to be fighting Dos Santos and he climbed out the window and ran to dodge a piss test?
-
That was such a fantastic 22:10 minutes of listening I am going to start all over again from the beginning.
i can't wait for the fight, I'm still undecided who wins and not on PPV, added bonus.

Can put Brook/Khan on in local park, probably best place for it. If people come back into arena's I could still see it selling out and doing decent numbers with their history/rivalry. Neither of them are good enough at the top world level anymore as we are all aware off, but recent losses are both losing to Crawford and Canelo/GGG/Spence respectively so they can always use that to convince people they are not completely washed up.
-
I thought it would go for a few rounds longer too before the inevitable happened. I'm all for Crawford/Pacquiao next, for Brook I doubt it's the end of his fighting career whilst Khan is still officially active.
-
Whyte/Chisora 3 needs to be made. Let them both get more PPV loot and stop the talk about either of them getting anywhere near a title shot.
-
I've gone with over the weekend these two separate bets so far:
Munguia Points or Decision
Usyk Points or Decision
Davis Points or Decision
Marshall Points or Decision
Mayer Points or Decision
£2.50 returns £112.57
Usyk Points or Decision
Davis Points or Decision
Marshall Points or Decision
Mayer Points or Decision
£5 returns £81.87
Povetkin vs Whyte 2 - Mar 27 🇬🇮 🥊

Povetkin looked shot enough in the first fight, but that was on another level last night. I wouldn't be surprised to him fight again, he shouldn't but if guys like Chisora can still be wheeled out and make that PPV money, they'll find a good enough reason for why he is still a threat. I'm still up for seeing Wilder vs. Whyte, Wilder wins that inside three rounds.
