  1. Looks decent card on paper. I'll catch highlights on YouTube in the morning.
  2. ĂŚThe win will always be tarnished by Garcia coming in overweight by 3lbs and making no effort to lose it. Haney knew the left hook was the threat and couldn't get away from it enough. I heard about some of the build up before the fight on and off, whether real or just playing games, I have no idea. Garcia has always been someone who has come across as desperate and craving attention badly. I assume there will be a rematch some point down the line but at a catch weight or at Welterweight.
  3. Well done to Villa, completely deserved result from what they produced with their second half performance, we should have defended better from the cross put in our six yard box, but the second goal running in behind from Watkins and finish was sublime. All we can do is win the remaining six fixtures left and hope Man City falter somewhere.
  4. You should, like we did in 1999 in the FA Cup against Sheffield United. Scored a goal we didn't deserve in anyway and gave them a replay.
  5. Yes, it's what I meant, will see if you beat City when you don't need to and it benefits us, I hope you do it. What I'm saying is 11 professional footballers going out on the pitch in a game that means absolutely nothing to them in terms of winning it , helps their rivals, with fans in the stadium wanting them to not win can have an impact on how they perform.
  6. We haven't when it comes to you playing Manchester City. You've shown you can beat them, anyone who watches football knows that, when beating them means nothing to you, but helps your greatest rivals, will see.
  7. I do know that and that they play in front of fans who if they know the positive result they don't need, but get helps their rivals the mentality and energy is completely different. Huh? Who said anything about you playing? Will see of that's the case come the game, if you have anything to play for I don't believe it will be, but hey, I hope I'm wrong. No excuse, its what possible could happen as you are the one team left who o believe can stop them, problem of course is when that fixture drops it may not mean anything to you to stop it. I know we been in that situation before, not sure why you bring that up, I knew then you'd lose, you gave them a decent game though and yes United prevailed, we know what happened after that in that season and not something I want to remember.
  8. I've seen you beat them many times in recent years and reminded about it at home, but if you have nothing to play for and beating Man City helps Arsenal, what then? We never been in that situation before, why you acting you wouldn't roll over if nothing to play for and help screw us over, I don't get, if you did so I wouldn't blame you, the way the fixtures work it can happen and I worried about it when Man City reached the FA Cup semi final, I knew this game be moves to second from last game of the season and I think you'll have forth spot wrapped up by then.
  9. Let's hope you still in a title or any other race there is come that game against Manchester City. It's all set though for you to stop us beforehand and roll over for them come that time.
  10. Fantastic win for us yesterday. We looked very strong and in the end won comfortably. Seven games to go, looks like will need to win all of them, which will be tough but we've had a great 2024 so far after ending 2023 with back to back losses to West Ham and Fulham respectively. Spurs could have a big say in where the title ends up seeing as they have to play all three of us, just hopefully they need to play for something when their game against Manchester City takes place, so we know they can't just lie down and roll over for them. Now on to Bayern Munich and putting thr final nail on Harry Kane's trophy dreams.
  11. That was a passionate promo from Copeland. Strong list of guys for him to face that he has never been in the ring with before. By the omission of one wrestlers name, I assume he has faced MJF in the ring before.
  12. STABLE: BBC ACQUIRES THE BOXING GAME DOCUMENTARY SERIES A new observational four-part documentary series STABLE: The Boxing Game following the ups and downs inside the McGuigan family’s boxing gym is coming to BBC One and iPlayer on Saturday 30 March 2024. Produced by Lorton Entertainment, the series tracks eight fighters from across the UK as they battle their way up boxing’s ranks. STABLE documents life both inside and outside of the ring, in a sport where one fight can be all it takes to make or break a career. With a ring-side seat to recent national and international fights and all-access to the tough training the fighters – who come to the east London gym from Slough, Bournemouth, Liverpool, Catford and Greenwich – face in their search for success. The series charts the incredible stories of boxers such as Chris Billam-Smith, heavyweight Daniel Dubois and his sister Caroline Dubois, brothers Adam and Hassan Azim, Robbie Davies Jr, Ellie Scotney, and Anthony Fowler. As well as delving into the McGuigans’ unique boxing journey, the series sheds light on the challenges the family has faced. Not sure if anyone aware of this being on tonight so thought I'd post in case anyone wants to check out.
  13. Sounds impressive. I can't see Rhodes turning heel out of all off this. I assume he wins the belts but the doubt it my mind is they were going for Reings vs The Rock before the backlash, makes me wonder if they really want to put the belt on him now.
  14. I'm sure I heard The Rock is due for this Monday night, so I need to be staying up to watch the live. I'm not sure if he is on Smackdown tonight or Reigns either for that matter, hopefully both are if not one will do. They've improvised this very well from the route it looked like they were first going down, I have no idea what is going to happen at Wrestlemania on either night, so credit to them, going to make me stay up for most of the night for both nights.
  15. The Rock is the man. Whoppin that behind, trash talking and doing it in the rain, what a star. I'm going to watch the entire show soon, Cody Rhodes is now a star
